I’ve been using this steam mop on my tile and hardwood floors, and it makes cleaning much easier. It’s easy to maneuver, the pads are simple to remove and wash, and the steam does a good job loosening everyday dirt and grime. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it for regular household cleaning. ... show more

Love it but yet disappointed
Color: White Size: 14.41"*6.61"*47.24"
I absolutely LOVE this steamer!! My issue is that I want to buy more pads and I can't find any to fit this model. 8 had ordered more pads but the disc on the bottom of the pad was bigger than the pad that came with the steamer. I am not giving up...I am going to reach out to Dumos and see where that takes me. It's a shame because the steamer it self is great. ... show more

No steam mop pad replacements - beware.
Color: Modern Grey Size: 14.4" * 6.6" * 47.2"
The steam mop itself was easy to assemble and works fine. The problem is that there aren’t replacement mop pads! I ordered the standard ones that fit on most steam mops but they don’t fit on this particular steam mop — the plastic piece that secures the mop pad is gigantic compared to the actual size needed. After reaching out to the company, they informed us that they don’t sell replacement pads. So now what? Buy a new mop every time I need to replace my mop pads? So until I can find a reasonable solution to replacing the steam mop pads, I cannot recommend this product. ... show more

I opened it and used it just now, It takes a little while for the steam to come out after turning it on; the steam is hot, giving me the feeling that I am sanitizing while cleaning.

Good
Color: Modern Teal Size: 14.4" * 6.6" * 47.2"
My shark steam mop went out on me , I bought this one and tried it immediately it takes a few for the steam to start coming out. There’s two different options for steam and spinning. The only negative thing I have to say is the cord is too short it’s best to have an extension cord. Other than that it worked just as well as my old one. ... show more

Great floor scrubber for ceramic tile
Color: Modern White Size: 14.4" * 6.6" * 47.2"
Love this floor scrubber, I've never owned one! I'll use it ever 3-6 months to deep clean my ceramic tile floors to get the hidden dirt out. Used it on a newly purchased condo that a family member bought-really had a feeling of "deep cleaning", over use of a mop or floor steamer! Easy to use, I already bought extra floor pads, to have plenty to use for big jobs. Very powerful, but still lightweight and easy to store. ... show more

Works really well. Heats up fast, steam is strong, and cleans my floors easily. Love the LED lights for corners. Big tank is convenient. 👍
