I absolutely love this chair. It was extremely well packaged so no metal rubbing against metal. The company takes a lot of time bubble wrapping each piece and cardboard in between to protect. It arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. We had it put together in no time. The quality is excellent. It is sturdy and very well made. Most of all I love how comfortable it is. Very supportive yet comfortable seat and back. When you sit back the neck is supported very nicely. This is my favorite chair I have ever purchased through the years. Moves nicely, rocks, raises and lowers, arms flip up. If you are looking for a new chair consider this one. I have been looking for awhile and am just so happy with this one.

Have had it for a couple months, works well, but was a bit of a pain to assemble. The reason for 4 instead of 5 is that while comfortable, I wish the chair would lean back more. But if you can get the chair for a good price it’s a good chair

Comfortable and light weight meaning it’s not hard to tuck the chair into the desk with the arms up which helps when you have limited space. I have had several chairs replaced as I can’t seem to find the right fit for my body. I was looking for one that had a higher back to support me throughout the day as I work at a computer all day. I’m happy with this chair. Another note the color is off white more towards beige.

I really wanted to like this chair, and it looks nice but it has went south really quick once I sat in it. I spend a good bit of time at my computer so I spend a good bit of time setting in a chair. This chair is nice for the back support behind me but is far too short to my liking. I can't lean back and rest my head in this chair. Where it all went so bad is the bottom seat. It is absolutely killing my tailbone. I can't even set in this chair and want to return it but I tossed the box and packaging. The back of the chair feels good for lumbar support and feels pretty well comfort wise other than the lack of height, but the bottom is very hard, lacking padding and no matter how I position my feet or adjust the height it's hard on my tailbone, and very hard to set on. I love the flip up armrests. They lack enough padding in my opinion though and them being just barely comfortable and somewhat hard now I am concerned about long time use and the padding wearing out that is there causing to get real uncomfortable in the long term. Lift adjustment raising and lowering and the casters all work very nicely, and with the flip up arms it's easier to get closer to desk if needed as full arm length supports are farther out front and can hit the desk depending on your set up. I can set in it for a little bit, but have to get out of it when my tailbone starts to hurt real bad. I am not extremely big and heavy so my just over 200lbs should not be a factor. The back of the chair feels like it has so much more padding than the bottom of it. I understand we all aren't the same shape and size, but at 5"10" with my weight it should have fit better and been better padded on the seat bottom and rear top of seatback should be at least 4-6" taller. I have tried pillow and a foam pad to set on but it doesn't help. No, I don't recommend this chair.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this chair...omg... the quality and the creamy beige of the material used, the ease of putting it together, the sheer comfort of the seat itself. It's perfect so far for my home workspace!! I just love it. And the fact that it has adjustable arms is just an added bonus. After spending hours trying to find the right chair at the price within my budget, I couldn't be happier with this purchase!
