Yes, attaching the arm rests is a bit of a challenge, mainly because of the angle the screws go in but if you take your time it's not that big of a deal especially when you consider the thing only costs like $35. So, what do you get for your $35? A lot. This is a really nice chair that's well made and comfortable. The hardware is quality and the included allen wrench is more than adequate. I got it for my hobby room where there's not a lot of space and I couldn't be happier. My only suggestion is to swap out the plastic wheels with the aftermarket "rollerblade" wheels especially if you have hardwood floors because the plastic wheels will mar the wood. ... show more

I'll keep this review short/simple: - I will be returning this purchase, it's obvious that at this price point, the product is you get what you pay for. - As other low ratings have mentioned, the arms do not attach to the back part, no matter how hard you try to align the screw. It's not about the instructions... it's just the way how the product was manufactured. - Aside from the poor product quality, I'm rating this 1 star mainly due to customer "service" - or lack thereof. Before posting this review, I politely reached out to the company to make things right. They basically sent me on a needless journey of sending photos/videos of the issue (which I provided), asking for my home address thinking that they would at least sent the replacement parts I clearly detailed that was defective... but ultimately telling me basically, oh well too bad, return the order and please place a new order. Anyways, this was an entire 2+ weeks process only to find out that I could have just returned the product from the beginning. Buy at your own risk. My experience tells me that I'd pay a little more or go with something else rather dealing with this company/service. ... show more

Great product for a good price. Putting the arms on was a little tricky as I assembled the chair myself, but it is really easy to put together in general. It's cute and comfortable and practicable. I definitely recommend this.

Cute color. Super comfortable. Perfect for a small WFH desk. Easy to put together - Except for the slanted screws that attach the arms to the back. Took me 2 days to finally get them attached & Honestly not even sure if the screws are all the way in.. We shall see though.

The chair was not easy to put together. My son and I struggled for hours trying to put this chair together. Come to find out, when we examined the seat portion where we were trying to install the screws we found that the screws and the holes did not align properly and the seat of the chair did not line up so we weren't able to put all the screws in the seat.
