This was a horrible headache!! The screws were stripped right out of the box, and wouldn't take so I couldn't put the chair together, had to go out and buy new screws to put it together! Nice chair but yeah... not worth it.

comfortable and easy to set up. the arm chairs are the only thing i struggled getting them onto the back of the back rest. able to move round the wheels don’t jam.

If Satan made a chair, this would be it. I know you think I'm exaggerating. I'm not. It took us 3 hours, praying to every God that existed, and cursing. My friend, semi-fluent in Russian, nearly pulled that knowledge out too. We were cursing in curses not yet known to man and should never be uttered again. Now, 3 hours later, it is assembled but it feels like an empty victory. The effort put in is not worth what I got. Sure, the chair works. But what about my hands? My back? My sanity? Things have been lost that can never be regained. But yeah, I guess I have a nice chair to sit in. Truly a Sisyphean task. Buy a different chair. Make sure it says easy assembly. ... show more

    • Nice chair, putting it together is harder than winning an argument with your wife.
Overall I like the chair, functionality and quality. Putting it together is another thing. I'm in AA and been sober for a while now and trying to get the armrests attached is the closest I've been to drinking in months.

This chair is very comfortable sturdy and adorable. It’s easy to use and put together. That’s a good value for your money. I love the color, but I do want to say do not lean over in a chair because the whole chair will fall over and you will follow up trust me I learned from experience lol.

    • Not Worth It - Cheap $ for a Reason... Buyers Beware
I'll keep this review short/simple: - I will be returning this purchase, it's obvious that at this price point, the product is you get what you pay for. - As other low ratings have mentioned, the arms do not attach to the back part, no matter how hard you try to align the screw. It's not about the instructions... it's just the way how the product was manufactured. - Aside from the poor product quality, I'm rating this 1 star mainly due to customer "service" - or lack thereof. Before posting this review, I politely reached out to the company to make things right. They basically sent me on a needless journey of sending photos/videos of the issue (which I provided), asking for my home address thinking that they would at least sent the replacement parts I clearly detailed that was defective... but ultimately telling me basically, oh well too bad, return the order and please place a new order. Anyways, this was an entire 2+ weeks process only to find out that I could have just returned the product from the beginning. Buy at your own risk. My experience tells me that I'd pay a little more or go with something else rather dealing with this company/service. ... show more
