    • Comfortable and Adjustable – Almost Perfect for My Needs

After receiving this office chair, I found that the seat, support frame, and armrests are very well made. The back support frame is made of a softer, lighter plastic material that feels less premium, but it is completely fine and has not caused any problems. The 3D armrests are outstanding. They offer a wide range of adjustments in height, forward and backward position, and side-to-side movement. The material quality is also excellent. The seat material is comfortable and feels great. However, the middle section where the spring mechanism is located sinks down a little too much. When sitting, it causes my body to lean slightly backward, which is not ideal when I need to sit upright for work. I added a very thin seat cushion and placed a folded towel in the middle recessed area above the spring section. After doing this, I found it much easier to maintain a relaxed and upright sitting posture while working. If the recessed middle section were raised by about half an inch, this chair would be almost perfect. ... show more

First off I had trouble attaching the casters/wheels! My neighbor finally got them them on. Then I couldn't get the cap off of the gas cylinder, I smacked it on the edge of the counter like taking off a bottle cap & it popped right off! I finally have it all put together BUT damn it wasn't easy, putting the 'mechanism' on the bottom of the seat was frustrating because the holes didn't really line up very well, & one of the screws just didn't want to go in, it finally did but it took a while. I had to get my neighbor to help with attaching the seat to the base because it is so heavy! It weighs more than double what my old chair did. I tried contacting the company, but they kept asking for videos! I'm really NOT happy with this purchase, the seat cushion is thick, BUT way too stiff, the lever for adjusting the height is in a really dumb place (the arm rest is in the way of trying to adjust the height! I bought this because of the thickness of the seat, but when I sit back in the seat & with the height all the way down, my feet do not touch the floor. ... show more

I get to sit at an office desk to do my own work as needed and recently needed to replace the pos chair myself (because of course the department won’t) I have absolutely no issues getting in and out of this chair in a vest and duty belt, and is extremely comfortable, and sturdy. I thought there may be an issue with the mesh backing with my duty belt but I haven’t noticed any wear on it whatsoever. ... show more
