My previous canopy was pushing 20 years old and had a rough life. Lots of sun and several storms had left a few splits that looked less than fantastic. This one works great and was a perfect fit from factory. You read the instructions before doing anything to limit the confusion. While it may be possible to do this alone, its substantially easier to have another set of hands. Its a good idea to pressure wash anything that has to do with the canopy the day before. You'll be surprised to see how much gunk has built up in the tracks that the top and bottom of the canopy slide into. This fabric seems a little thicker than factory as the shade seems a little deeper.

Went on fairly easy, I didn’t learn about the tension spring until after I almost busted my hand. Looks great and was solid shade. Once adjust the the proper way it functions great. Seems nice and thick and I think should last a while. If doing yourself watch some YouTube about releasing the tension spring and how to properly put tension back on it once installed. Hopefully that will make it a one and done for you and not having to adjust the tension springs twice.

The set up o our travel trailer was a little different so installment instructions weren't easy to come by, but we did it! The new awning looks great, but we haven't taken it out yet so it's not been exposed to the elements. Therefore, right now I can only review installation and looks. Also, I would highly recommend 3 people to do the installation. There were only 2 of us and thankfully our neighbor came over to assist.
