Had a pairing issue with the remote and the seat. I reached out, not expecting I was gonna get much resolved. They not only sent me another remote, when that one didn’t work they sent me another. When that didn’t work. They sent me a whole new seat. It took a while, but they were more diligent than I was when I was ready to give up. I cannot recommend their customer service enough. Let's talk about hygiene, sorry if this is TMI (too much information). I'm not sure that any bidet can get me as clean as a shower or disposable wipe but it's close. You can't clean food from your dishes just by spraying them, same principle. This does get you much closer to the desired cleanliness in most cases but a final wipe is usually needed for that last little bit. Here's what I wish, that the detachable control panel would have a backlight to distinguish the flush button when it's dark. That's the one I need to find each time. I don't need the others nearly as much.

The media could not be loaded. This toilet is simply amazing. It has automatic flush. You can set the temperature of the water for the bidet. It also has a drying feature after you use the bidet. There is a foot sensor on the bottom of the toilet, you just put your foot over it and the toilet will flush itself. The flush is very powerful. It requires electrical so make sure you have a plug in the back or you have to have one built in. It is almost worth the price! We are definitely spoiled now! Love this!

This has been one of the best purchases my husband and I have made to date. It was easy to install and all the features work as described. We love the heated seat, the seat heater keeps your warm and cozy. The sensor flush is great, no having to touch anything. If you need to double flush, you just put your foot in front of the sensor. The bidet water clean shoots warm water, which works great for both of us. Excellent and beautiful toilet! Works excellent!

Power cord extremely short - not as stated Delivery was horrible - a two man truck but only one bought to door and slammed it down box indicated keep upright but this guy rolled the over several times once i open the door and ask why he slammed and it down and ask why the other guy didnt help but i realized the other delivery guys was very old and neither spoke english . Once i open box to see if it was broken. It was wet inside The hoses in the unit were in plastic and all wet and smelled bad . Apparently this company does not care to inspect there product before sending to the consumer. Poor or No customer service you cannot get though it’s impossible. Returning product .

Love this new toilet. It was just what we were looking for. We love all of the options on it. Glad that this one does not have the self opening and closing lid. Had one in a timeshare and we found that annoying. This one is perfect. Good temp and pressure controls. Dryer takes a while, but is nice. Flushes great. No clogs. Easy to clean inside and outside. Good price. The chair height is great for my knees. Extremely happy with the purchase.
