The tent looks very good, and quality looks good. The reason I’m giving 4 starts is that the instructions manual only describes how to setup the tent once is already attached to the roof. There are two racks that I may not need since I already have a roof rack, but there are no details on the manual. I tried to contact customer support but I wasn’t able to do it , since I need a valid order number and their website doesn’t take the Amazon order number ... show more

Tent itself is fine, good quality, comparable to much more expensive tents. Instructions however, went from this is the direction the rails go, skipping ALL assembly of which bolts go where, how the hex nuts slide in the rails etc. it took multiple emails and searching YouTube for DIFFERENT company’s videos (theirs is only an ad) to get it finished. Once it was on, the fit to the rack was in fact NOT universal. We ended up off setting it for stability with an awning and drilling one side of the rack to attach it. So overall good to great product, extremely poor support docs. ... show more
