The foot rest is somewhat short. So if you’re 6 foot it will not support feet. My folks are 5’8-5’10 so not so bad. The massager is kinda weak, but you can feel it still. It is relaxing. I like this chair a lot for the price. It is well made and was easy to put together. The leather makes the room look great. I love Remote… to push the button and just relax !! Function is great !!

I purchased this recliner for my elderly husband who at times has issues with getting up once sitting. This recliner was received in excellent condition easy to assemble and very good quality. Comfortable & very durable for my husband, he loves the comfort of it. It doesn’t sag when you sit , nice & firm.another nice addition is the lumbar pillow for lower back.The heat & massage both work as described. The side table is a very nice addition, can charge your cell phone & has a cup holder for your drinks. Just remember to remove your phone & drink before lifting the chair upward to avoid them falling to floor. I chose the brown leather for easy cleaning. My husband is roughly 200lbs and has plenty of room. He loves all the different options with this chair. It’s the Cadillac version exactly!

The media could not be loaded. I'm bought this for my mother who lives with us and really happy with it. Assembly was a breeze, and the extended footrest provides exceptional comfort for my entire leg. The power lift function is smooth and reliable, making it easy to stand. The massage and lumbar heating features are a dream, with various settings for a truly relaxing experience. I especially appreciate the built-in cup holder, foldable tray table, and wireless charging – so practical! The remote with USB and Type-C charging, plus the handy "Home" button, makes it incredibly user-friendly. It broke within 4 months, twice. They were real good about replacing the base when it broke the first time but it still did not last a full 4 months. Much of the wood in it was particle board. 900 dollars for a chair that lasted 3 and half months.

Five stars for the Recliner. Ten stars for the seller and their customer service! This recliner was on my list. Took the leap when it went on sale. Immediately received an email from seller thanking me and providing 3 Fedex tracking numbers. Recliner arrived 3 days later. Assembly was easy. Once together, we had a problem with the recliner laying flat. All communications said if there are any questions or problems contact the company directly. I reached out, their response was immediate. After some troubleshooting, to my surprise, the seller offered a replacement! Frima Home initiated the replacement and within 4 days my new recliner was delivered to my home. Never did I contact Amazon. I love it when a company stands behind their product. Ten Stars for outstanding customer service! We love our new recliner. The recliner is just down right pretty. It invites you in. "Please sit down". It is very cushy, comfortable and embracing. It massages gently/vibrates quietly. You can be sitting right beside it and you might hear a hum, depends on how loud your tv volume is. It heats up, it is relaxing, releases tension in the neck and back. Also, will be great for those cold winter nights. It lays you down for a comfortable nap. It stands you up, making it easy on the joints, knees, and hips or anything that hurts.. The wireless charging makes sure your phone will never die. I've found a new friend. I just ordered a cover to protect the recliner from pets and grandkids! Before I purchased - I read all the reviews and so many of them talked about the excellent customer service. It's difficult deciding to purchase online, especially a pricey item. It would be great if all online purchases would turn out this positive. I say Yes to this recliner! I really like this recliner. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I love that I can move the feet and back independently and it really does lay flat. I took one star away for the heat and massage functionality. I can barely feel the "massage" (actually vibration) and do not feel the heat at all. Fortunately, this is not why I bought the chair. But if it is your deal breaker you might look elsewhere. I wanted an electric, lay flat recliner with a cup holder. There are many to choose from and this one is not the cheapest nor the most expensive, I chose this one for it's aesthetic appeal and the fold out table on the side of the chair. It is truly a very attractive chair and it is comfortable enough that I get a lot of use out of it.
