This chair got here a few days earlier than expected. I was pleased with that because my current chair was killing my back. This new chair was not very hard to build, took me half an hour or so, and I am 65 yrs old. I am almost 6 foot tall, this chair is a little tall for me. (my legs are only 30 inches long, shorty pants :) I would return it to get shorter height, but this chair is comfortable and seems to be ok with my back. The power controls for adjusting the back and the footrest were a little confusing at first, but I managed. I will give this chair a week or so to see if I need to return it because of my short legs.

I initially had an issue during assembly, but the seller responded quickly and went above and beyond to resolve it. If I could give zero, I would. This chair did not work when we got it. The recline function got stuck and finally got stuck in the up position. After a few hours, we got it to go down. The height mechanism never worked, so it would not go up or down. However, we had to assemble the chair to find that out. We requested a return, which was approved by the seller, but they wanted me to box it back up and ship it back. First, it is 80 lbs, so I would have to pay to have a carrier come pick it up. Also, after disassembling the chair, one of the mechanisms would not disassemble. It was stuck and we could not get it out. So with that part still assembled, it would not fit in the box. I spoke to the seller who said ship it back. However, when I inquired about the shipping issues, they did not respond. UNTIL I contacted Amazon customer service. Then all a sudden they were responsive. However, they never answered the question, just said they approved the return and to ship it back. Duh! I knew that. I needed a solution for the boxing and pickup since it no longer fits in the box, and I shouldn't have to pay for shipping when I didn't break it. They said they would inspect it upon receipt, and if it was broken, I would get a refund for shipping. No way I am trusting that! After much back and forth with the seller, they asked for a picture of the part that won't disassemble. I sent it, and they told me to use a hammer to get it off! This is a metal part stuck in another metal part. What?!?! You want me to damage it and then send it back and ask for a refund? Horrible, horrible customer service. This was a $400 chair! First it should work as advertised. Second, if it doesn't work, the seller should make it right, not make the buyer do all the work to get what they paid for. Run away - fast!

Overall, not the that great as hoping. Not comfortable and also gets hot really fast due to the materials and no air circulating. The pillow doesn't work. The charging cable is to short and always tangles under the wheels.

This chair is incredibly comfortable. I've been working from home, and since I'll continue to work from home until retirement, why not invest in an office chair that makes my life easier? This chair feels well worth it! Assembly was very straightforward, though some parts do require two people to put together. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The chair's color, material, and sturdiness are all excellent!

Super comfortable and easy to setup. Needs directions on how to use it or a scan card to a website. Very heavy and doesn't rool very well. It looks amazing and everything but the rollers are high quality and the support the chairs has blows my old one away. If you are short below 5 foot, I won't recommend it at it's lowest setting my feet just touch flat on the floor.

It's stylish with quality materials with a battery that lasts fairly long. Unfortunately I wasn't comfortable with the backrest. You might find the backrest comfortable though since people are different. Just don't expect much ergonomics in it. A cushion comes with the chair to do the lumbar support work but at the end of the day it's not a solid substitute for a proper ergonomic design.
