Everyone should keep in mind at this review is right after unboxing and putting together and running it for about 10 miles. Starting off with assembly, most of it was pre-assembled. Was packaged well, with some outer damage of the box but nothing internal. Somewhat challenging to get the front wheel on and have all the washers being the same place. I would suggest putting the wheel on first and then putting on the handlebars. Once all assembled everything is working properly. Have not put on the back rack yet. This thing has got some amazing power. It will get you down the road quick. It is quite capable and only one wheel mode but with two it has some serious torque. I've had it as high as 32 mph so far for 10.6 mi and still showing full charge. Everything has held together fine through pumps and jostles. Had a hard time spending $1,300 on an e-bike so far it seems worth it. *** Update*** what I thought was potentially a great item has turned out to be a giant headache. I am quickly learning that the tires on this bike are absolutely trash. I've driven 30 mi and I've already had two flats on a rear wheel driving on a regular pavement and sidewalk. This has left me stranded twice miles from home. Currently investigating on how to get better tires that will protect the tubes within better. This would be such a great bike if not for this. It runners it almost unusable being afraid to take it anywhere. I've had some relatively minor issues with the bike otherwise and customer service has been generally prompt with a responses, suggestions. I did need some screws sent out that were missing and that did take a couple weeks but otherwise they have been quite attentive. Top speed so far has been 43 mph with both motors but finding that to save battery life using just the rear wheel is quite adequate. I've dropped the rating on this down to three stars due to the tires and it leaving me stranded and not being dependable. If you do buy this be prepared to buy a lot of extra tubes. ... show more

I Love This Bike. I'm A Bigger Guy (6'0, 225#) So Top Speed Is Only Around 38-40mph But The Torque Is Incredible Especially With Both Motors Selected. I Haven't Pushed The Range Yet But So Far This Bikes Been Allot Of Fun.

Just assembled it and took it out on its maiden voyage,only about a mile, but the power is great. Got it up to 41 miles an hour. Assembly was fairly simple.
