after installing the first one, I decided to buy another dash cam for my second vehicle. The camera is non intrusive, easy to start using (plug and play) and the cable is long enough to hide it. It creates 2 files. one for Rear and another one for Front videos. I have not play videos on the camera though, the window is too small for me and i rather play them on a computer. Instructions in the box are very basic, so it may take some playing around during the original set up (if you choose to modify the factory settings) It also doesn't say if you can expand the memory so i called Amazon's tech support and was told i should be able to instert a bigger SD card but, I haven't done so yet. ... show more

Have been battling with company rep named Eric since I received item. It records only when parked. I was told to replace memory card which they supplied and issue was not resolved. I was asked to send video of my problem as described to them which I did. (4 in fact). He responded by telling me that when light is blue it’s recording. Owners manual clearly states opposite. Would recommend you totally stay away from this product. Amazon hopefully your seeing this. ... show more

I rated the camera 5 stars. I received a camera and found that it did not work when it was attached to the car or usb port on my computer. I corresponded via e-mail with the company and they were able through videos provided and explanation of what I had tried it was determined the camera was faulty. They immediately sent a new camera to replace the original. Upon receiving the new camera is worked great. It was very easy to set up and operate. The picture quality is fantastic and I am thinking about getting a send camera for our other car. Would definitely recommend to a friend. ... show more
