After ordering the IF-1099 Saddle Stool from the DTY Store it arrived on time and it was well packaged. The stool appeared to be very sturdy and well made. During the assembly of the stool an issue developed with one of the legs of the stool which easily could have been considered an owner assembly problem. As a result I then contacted the Customer Satisfaction Center telephone number provided in the enclosed directions. I spoke with a DTY Store representative and explained the circumstances with the stools leg. The representative was very apologetic that the leg had broken and immediately stated that they would replace the leg at no additional cost. In the paperwork that was sent with the stool the DTY Store stated that "Customers are our top priority, and that they strive for 100% satisfaction.". I am very happy to report that the DTY Store definitely backed up this statement. I would highly recommend the products that the DTY Store sells and commend them for backing up that statement! I'm sure to be a repeat customer and I will be telling everyone that I know to visit DTYStore.com. Thanks again and Well Done!!

After much time researching bar stools, I chose these. I ordered three of these bar stools and they are the most comfortable I have ever sat on. They are absolutely beautiful. The ease of putting them together was quiet simple-follow the directions and one should not have a problem. An added feature is the support bar underneath the seat.. A must for all bar stools and I can assure you that you won’t find that on very many other stools. Trust me, I did my research. The craftsmanship of these stools is top notch. Love this product.

We got this for the times when you have something in the oven or on the stove and just need to sit for a moment. The finish is almost a perfect match for my cabinets, which is nice. The best thing though is this is really, really comfortable. You don’t feel like you are falling off the seat to the front or side, or like you are even “perching” on top of the stool. It really is a seat. The cushion is comfy and the leather wipes down if you spill something. The metal “cover” on the footrests means it doesn’t get chewed up by boots, shoes, whatever. It was easy to put together. Took us maybe 15-20 minutes, mostly because the dogs had to help.

This hit five stars across the board. Good packaging, not a scratch on any of them. Fairly easy to assemble, tool provided. Finish was a nice warm cherry color and was uniform among all the stools. (We ordered 5. ). Seating material was nice and they are very comfortable.

I love the color. My kitchen bar is light wood and it matches perfectly. These bar stools also have metal over the bars where you would rest your feet. Easy to put together once you get the legs in the proper position.

Instructions were easy to follow, with parts being labeled you just match corresponding letters together and you have a seat within 20 minutes. I made a mistake in ordering the correct color and realized my mistake within an hour and sent note off to the company and by the nest day my order was cancelled and ready for me to make a new order with the preferred color. The stools look good and are comfortable and enhance our little kitchen island.

Very happy with the quality; especially since there seem to be very few padded stools to choose from. Highly recommend putting some wood glue in holes for the foot and side rails since the wood is soft and the rails are only held in place by one screw. I went back and did this after a foot rail came loose and was much happier with the final assembly.

I love the stools! The stools are well made, sturdy and easy to assemble. I ordered two stools. One of the stool boxes arrived with one of the legs having been inadvertently "mislabeled". Customer Service responded immediately to my inquiry and after we figured out what the issue was, a new leg was in my possession within two days! Should the need arise, I will definitely purchase from this company again.
