  • WHOA, also solved 2 other medical issues I've had for decades - cold feet and Restless Leg Syndrome!
Color: Black Size: S/M
(Black, Size Small) So, I fell off a step stool and broke my knee 3 months ago. I wasn't allowed to put any weight on it until just now. Instead, I've been like an upside down turtle just lying there, helpless, on my back. The MD just told me to get 20-30mmHg compression socks, which I've never used before. WHOA! I could barely get them on with my arthritic thumbs. It was like wrestling with a boa constrictor! But, I didn't give up and was eventually successful. It was a weird feeling once they were on, but not uncomfortable or too tight. In fact, after wearing them all day, they proved to be a perfect fit! For me, the trick to getting them on is to roll those puppies down at night and then insert toes and roll them back up in the morning. Granted, I've only worn them for a week during the day, but they have maintained their original size, shape, and elasticity. They're a high quality item; great fabric, great fit. Astoundingly, these compression socks actually solved the problems of my perpetually cold feet AND my restless leg syndrome!!! Who knew? If I had broken this knee years ago, it would have saved me decades of struggling and suffering with those issues. On the upside, as always it's better late than never. Hahaha! :o) ... show more

  • Actual graduated compression socks that work.
Color: Black/Blue Size: S/M
I realized I had purchased this sock a few years ago. The reason why I couldn’t remember is bc the name was because the imprint wore off but the socks continued to keep the graduated compression I needed. I’m happy to find the same socks. I highly recommend these socks for their affordability, sustained compression even after years of wear and washing ( I always hung them to dry). Some socks claim to be compression socks but they are not graduated. Those “ imposter” socks do not provide a good toe box and correct sizing ( does not lay flat, rolls down, or too long). If your sock’s compression is not “ graduated” you will end up having more issues with edema & possibly nerve damage. ... show more

  • Good quality, comfortable fit, nonitchy!
Color: Black/Grey Flower Size: S/M
I have POTs, I got these to help with the swelling in my feet and legs and hopefully assist my blood pressure. They've been doing exactly that! The fabric is firm yet stretchy, surprisingly unlike most compression socks after an 8 hour shift of being on my feet I still have the indents on my legs from them, but I don't experience the super itchiness that usually happens after wearing compression socks. The fit is PERFECT. Another issue I've experienced with other socks is my toenails hurting? Even when trying to keep extra space in the foot area, thankfully doesn't happen with these! Gorgeous pattern as well. Simple wash as well, I just throw them in on normal cycle/cold water and no issues. ... show more

  • Wrong Size. My Fault.
Color: Black/Blue Size: S/M
My Doc suggested I wear compression socks. I knew nothing about them. I didn't even know to ask, and she wasn't telling. So, I checked, found these, went by shoe size, ordered S/M. Too small. Didn't know to measure calf. Needed L/XL. My own fault, not that of maker -- these seem like good compression socks. Anyway, finally found a different brand, ordered L/XL, and these work fine. Cannot fault Physix, although, they could have been more clear on size measurements. ... show more

  • Very good support and feel great on!
Color: Black/Blue Size: S/M
These are always great support stockings! If you have any swelling at all, they will help keep it down. They feel so good once you get them on. I have to rebuy them when I gave a couple pairs away, trying to get some of my coworkers to help their legs. I did have one pair that developed a hole on the underside of the heel. But this was after about 2 or so years. Then one that developed a small hole on the shin area. This, again, was after about 2 years. They are very durable and feel great! I've tried to get my sister to use them. But she struggles with trying to get them on and she definitely won't wear them during the day. IN the summer, they are easy to sleep with at night to get that support and swelling down. I would definitely recommend them. This is the 3rd time buying multiples of them. ... show more

  • These Socks Know Fear. And They Walk Straight Through It.
Color: Black/Grey Size: XXL
I don’t take one flight across the Atlantic. I take many. Me and Forrest—flying back and forth like Heathrow’s unofficial mascot. While most people catch a bus, I catch turbulence. And somewhere in all that recycled cabin air and quiet existential dread, these socks became my lifeline. The Physix Gear Compression Socks don’t complain. They don’t whimper. They grip your calves like a loyal friend whispering, “I’ve got you.” Blood flow? Handled. Leg swelling? Denied. Panic? Lessened… marginally. They’re tight, yes. But they should be. They’re doing the work of a small medical team and a therapist. I pull them on before every flight like I’m gearing up for war. And somehow, standing in endless passport queues or floating through another missed connection in Chicago, I think: I will not die today. I have the socks. Five stars. One for each toe they protect. One day, they may just save my life. In the meantime, they save my legs. And that’s a hell of a start. ... show more

  • Perfect Finally
Color: Black/Grey Size: XXL
After Achilles tendon surgery, I couldn’t find a compression sock to even get on, then if I did they weren’t long enough, these socks fit perfect and are long enough. No swelling yesterday on day one of wearing it. Thank goodness there is finally a sock the works. I’d recommend, I bought a xxl . I’m 6’2 245 lbs , so that will give you an idea on what size you might want to buy ... show more

  • Glad I read the reviews
Color: Nude/Beige Size: XXL
I read the reviews and they suggested buying one size larger. I’m 5’11”, 205 pounds and I bought size xxL, they fit perfectly. The are a bit difficult to take off which I expected, when putting them on I found the work well after they come up to the ankle it’s best to pull up slowly and not to much at a time, that way the compression doesn’t pull and end up coming above the knee. After they are on the compression works as they should. Compared to the more expensive compression socks I have used these are a very good value. They are actually even a little more comfortable. They don’t roll down and they are also machine washable and dry-able. We’ve washed them a couple of times and have not have any issues. ... show more
