The RIP software included is compatible with Windows (7/10/11). If you are a Mac user, we recommend running Windows through a virtual machine (like Parallels) or using a dedicated Windows PC to manage your printing workflow for the best stability. Will the printed patterns crack or fade after multiple washes? No. When used with DTF powder and ink, the transfers are extremely durable, stretchable, and soft to the touch. They are designed to withstand 50+ industrial washes without cracking or significant fading, maintaining professional-grade brilliance. How do I prevent the printhead from clogging? Our printers feature a White Ink Circulation System to prevent sedimentation. For best performance, perform a test print every 1-2 days and use the semi-automatic cleaning function if the machine remains idle for an extended period of time. What should I do if the print head is clogged? If the print head is clogged, do not attempt to disassemble and clean. In particular, avoid rinsing it with water, as this may cause electrical damage. The proper method is to perform cleaning and maintenance under the guidance of our technicians. Is the daily maintenance complicated? Not at all.
