    • Don’t buy it
The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY THIS EQUIPMENT!!! I’ve had it for about 4 months and I have issues each time I use it. Customer service is ok, but can only talk to you after 9pm. The oven My oven shuts off when it gets too hot, (which defeats its purpose) and the timer button continues to fall into the body of the machine. I literally have to flip it over, remove the screws, and reinsert the button, only to have it fall back in. The printer My only complaint about the printer is I have to feed the film through about 8 TIMES for the machine to notice it. Yes, each sheet gets kicked out AT LEAST 8 times before I can get a print going. After so many runs through the printer, the film starts to get lines in it, so that means it’s now trash. Customer service suggestions that they walk me through taking the printer apart to trouble shoot it but I’m not comfortable with taking apart a $2000 printer. I’ve tried 3 different types of film with the same results. I contacted Amazon to return it before the return time expired. But I let the seller talk me into taking more ink and they help me trouble shoot it. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! UPDATE: The oven has completely stopped working. Keep in mind I’ve only had it for 4 months. Seller will not honor warranty. Printer still having issues. Also the printer shut down 2 days ago and i had to purchase a “Waste Ink Reset Key” for $10 to get it to working again. Apparently this is something that has to be purchased periodically. ... show more

    • The worst 3000 I ever spent
Complicated. Setup was easy.but when printing it doesn't read the paper, tried everything! Prints have to be redone due to paper smudging alot and color doesn't come out right so you'd have to keep fooling with colors to look right.They gave me illegal software that sucks and have to carry a dongle to your computer.Not worth the troubles. I had problems with shipping ( not their fault) but I paid high shipping fees and after so many days of them responding to me about my package, I called about refund on shipping and they never responded. Ink came separate so I waited longer for printer and after weeks I had asked for refund on whole package and they finally responded with not to open package and I had already opened my ink box so I couldn't return.. lots of trial and errors with machine and if I were you... Buy extra ink. After 4 months now I have another issue, the power on button doesn't turn on! Waist of money. It works when it wants to ... show more

I have been using it now for 2 months and it has many issues. However the support I received: The remedies described were very accurate, in tightening the feed screws, and amazingly it solved my film feeding problem. Also the technique of having 50 pieces film in the feed shoot made my more accurate in feeding an individual sheet being loaded into the print section more accurate. Lastly the recommendation of cleaning the feed rollers with swabs and alcohol removed quite a bit of the powder from the rollers so I will clean them after 20 print evolutions. Finally I tested the fixes after they were accomplished my DTF L1800 printed 3 sheets without incident. The print from the DTF L1800 is amazingly accurate. I was very critical of the printer because of the amount of issues I was experiencing so I apologize for that. You will be amazed at the amazing accuracy of the image you print. ... show more

Best deal I've found for a dtf printer. This one works great, and the setup was quick and easy. Also, this is not just a modified printer, it has a metal case which makes it much more durable. I would recommend this over similar models sold elsewhere. Seller is very responsive to any and all questions, shipping was not as long as other places, and the printer itself works well and is built well. I received the items damaged. I messaged the seller, whom was very helpful at the time. They asked if the machine worked properly. The machine did work properly after setting it up. Asked the seller about compensation for a damaged item, with no response. When you spend almost $2700 on an item, you would hope it’s in prestine shape upon arrival. I went to use the oven today only to have it not turn on. Again messaged the seller and now waiting for a reply. The last return date is September 25, so I have 2 days. I sure hope they respond quickly or I’m stuck with junk! As for printing, I have not had an issue thus far. Fingers are crossed! ... show more

Do not buy this printer. We’ve tried to deal with customer support and they are no help. They keep giving us the same answers that we’ve been trying and still doesn’t print properly. When you go to print the white ink behind the colored ink, it gives you a rectangle the size of the entire print area. ... show more

Omg! I love it. For someone new to PTF this printer is the best. The ease of use is amazing. What impressed me the most was Frank. I had problem figuring out how to download my software, how to set set the correct setting, etc. he responded with in a few minutes of my what’s app text on the other side of the world. He didn’t care what time it was , he ALWAYS responded. He was also extremely pleasant. A few days after I got started, figured things out and stopped nagging Frank, my Norton Virus software erased the software and blocked it on my lap top, In a panick I tried to figure it out and got frustrated. Reach out to ‘my trusted friend Frank again, and once again he didn’t disappoint. He had one of his techs actually go into my computer and fix everything.
