My printer arrived and I was very excited to get it going. I have pretty much all the machines a crafter could want but this was my BIG purchase. I was crushed when the printer did not work at first. Jack in tech support was very good at helping me troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately it did take several weeks due to my travel schedule and needing a new part. Tonight this baby is printing like a charm! It's a good thing to because once my clients heard I had access to dtf....I have 106 shirt orders now waiting...time to get busy! ... show more

Purchased The Printer March 21 and it arrived before the date that was given it was well packaged and easy to set up i have printed all 100 transfer paper that came with the printer and the colors are exactly as discribed Vivid Colors just got to go on the tab Color Management and set it there. when i got my printer had a problem with my printer contacted DSV and Jack in tech support was very good at helping me troubleshoot the issue Jack connected to my Computer and found the problem it was my print head he sent a new one and a video on how to replace it and now the printer has been printing non stop i can say i am very pleased with the DSV printer just remember to to the daily maintenance Head Cleaning and Nozzle check if you do this your printer will run smoothly ... show more

    • White ink stopped working and customer service won't help me

This printer wasn't bad for how much it cost but to only have it seen October and now a MAJOR issue happened is not ok! Worst part is bc customer service is in China, you have to stay up late to even get an issue resolved. There's no 24 hr help. And they aren't even helping me. I have multiple messages that have check boxes showing read and no answer back. I've had issues the entire time I've had this but have been able to figure everything out on my own. Some of the other issues are that my printer leaks white ink. It's so messy. Ink everywhere in the ink area. I have to do a head cleaning after it sits for only 10 mins while on. So if I'm not constantly working, I have to waste a ton of ink Everytime with all the head cleanings. You can never get colors correct so it's like throwing darts at a dartboard and hoping it lands in the center. I have to waste so much film and ink just to print samples first to see what the color will look like. Overall, now with my MAJOR issue and no help being offered, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER! ... show more

    • Easy to set up and Great Customer Service!

Everything came on time. It was easy to set up and get started. I purchased this back in December so I wanted to wait to see how things went before reviewing. Maintenance is extremely important! I did have an issue with the printer head at one point and reached out to customer service for troubleshooting and found it was bad but a new one was sent out immediately. They also sent me a video of how to change it and within about 20 min I was back up printing no problems. Here recently I had surgery and was down for 2 weeks so couldn't get in to do my maintenence so the circulation pump started leaking. That was on me and I believe it's from the white not being moved for that long period of time. So stay on top of your maintenence. I reached out again and was able to get a replacement pump sent out the next day. I was nervous about this purchase and thinking if I have issues how would I get parts but they communicate with you and fast! Just remember the time difference when reaching out. So it may be later in the night or early in the morning for a response. I'm giving a 5 star review because I'm a visual learner and every question I had is explain really well and a video is sent with it. The quality is great, my business is growing and my customers love it! I would definitely buy from this company again. ... show more

Images come out perfect, I have made the mistake to leave it off for a couple days and it’s works perfectly fine. The media could not be loaded. I had a hard time with software. User error . The customer service team spent time walking me thru every step and from start to finish was with me until the test print was done. I'm excited to explore this printer.

Purchased this printer in March, after numerous problems contacting tech support they finally advised me the motherboard was shot, so the printer is dead. Contacted their tech support which told me to pay them for new parts, when i told them the parts were clearly defective and the should replace them, they simply stopped responding to me. I've done less than 50 prints, this was the worst money I have ever spent, If I could give it zero stars I would! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a new laptop to use with this printer, it runs windows 10/ 64 bit according to their information this printer works with this system, after 2 hours with their tech support they told me the printer won't work with my computer and I need to spend hundreds of dollars on a new operating system windows pro though they couldn't tell me why it would work on pro but not windows10 home, after contacting windows support they advised me that windows pro has absolutely no processing difference over the home version and if the product is not compatible with the home version it won't work with the pro. Update: 7 hrs of tech support later, it ended up being faulty software in the HP laptop, after buying a new computer from a different brand, but same operating system (windows) printer software installed and functions properly ... show more
