I updated my review from a 4 to a 5. My oven is being replaced, of course, Daisy and the team are making it right so it works properly. I am already in love with this printer and it makes my job so much easier being able to print my own, vibrant transfers at home. Great Value for the money. Set-up is rough so be patient. Once everything is set-up the software is user friendly and the functionality of the machine is great. Print quality is amazing and the colors accuracy is better than companies I have ordered from in the past. This is an amazing machine but have patience when getting it set up, I almost gave up. When you get your machine, set it up BUT use the support QR code and let them do the set up for you. Daisy is amazing and will work to get your machine up and running and your software installed and your settings correct. This is a new model so they are still working the kinks out but they are doing that well. So, through the set-up of the machine and the loading of the ink and the test prints, give yourself grace and be patient. They are working on the manual and the videos to make them more specific to the new machine. I would say the videos are better than the actual written manual BUT online support is the BEST. Once everything is set-up and running properly, make sure the prints are vibrant and up to your standards. If they are not, go back to support and they will get you there. It just takes some working with the settings to get everything right and support (Daisy especially) is very helpful in getting everything right. My machine is now up and running and it is amazing. The prints are vibrant and beautiful. The quality is amazing. I have been using the film and the powder that came with the machine and it is super nice, my designs blend into the fabric and don't feel thick like others I have ordered in the past. I printed 20 designs today, pressed them and I have happy clients. The color quality is great and the accuracy is good as well. A much better match than the company I was using in the past for prints. The oven that comes with the bundle gets really hot and gives off a terrible burning order. I purchased a heat safe stand (grill stand) due to the heat. It works well and cures the powder well.

The media could not be loaded. The printer came within a week & packaged very well. My delivery coinnceded with a 4 day holiday over there so I got all the packaged parts put on pretty simple. The software was challenging but I watched & rewatched the video & inched through the parts I wasn't sure about. I got it to print the Test images , I thought they turned out good - until the next evening when I met Daisy on WhatsApp. She was so friendly kind patient & most important knowledgeable about the printer & right off she went in & made some changes & did some cleaning. She had me take pictures before during & after all her steps. Very thorough. She had me to do a print & waited & gave me some tips to make it even better. I couldn't imagine it better. What gorgeous color & detail & brightness. The quality is outstanding. The printer really is plug & play. I hear the white ink circulator going by itself regular & you set it to how many hours in between the cleaning that it does itself. The touch screen is easy to navigate. I was happy that it came with the larger bottles of ink & film. The powder texture felt finer than some others I've used. I think it melted more evenly because of that. This was a great price for the whole set up that you need. I feel confident if any issues should come up that I can get the help I need. Daisy is an asset to have.

So far it has been a great printer. The colors are vibrant and the program is super easy to use. The tech support is very good as well! The only thing is that we recieved 2 white shirts and not a white and black but it was never about the shirts anyways lol.

I love everything about this machine. Customer service was great. I highly recommend this machine. I had no clue how to setup the software I called customer service and they had me up and running in less than hour. My transfer print quality was excellent.
