I recieved my printer, shaker and oven. They did come on several days apart. They were packaged very well. Once i got them set up, I had a hard time with the software that came with it. The customer service group was amazing to help me with it. My hard part is the time difference and my crazy work schedule trying to get connected with them. It really didn't take a long time but i was impatient to get started. They worked with me until everything was fixed and running properly. The printer does an amazing job!! It was well worth the money. The software is very easy to figure out and work with. I have made several t-shirts and other crafts using this printer.
