Update: I contacted the seller and they shipped me the missing 2021 charm! Excellent customer service! The cap n gown is nice. My daughter loves it. It fits as expected. My only complaint is that we got a 2020 charm but we need a 2021 charm and there is no way to contact the seller. It was supposed to come with both charms, but it didn't.
