Well constructed but poorly engineered. The Velcro strap that is supplied to keep the basket from slipping off the top bar is so inferior it is hard for me understand why it was included. I should have returned the product but was determined to improvise a better solution. I had some chain leftover, so I cut two pieces of #16 Jack chain and attached to corner of basket and attached to the clamp that was supplied for the strap. In addition, the short leg of the L bar is difficult to install into the square tubing under the seat. I had to use rubber mallet and oil to insert.

I needed to make an adjustment for our particular scooter, but now it fits and works perfectly. The basket cleverly folds up when not in use, and the basket holder works great for carrying a walker when the basket is off.

Like most of these reviews say, this product does not fit anything like in the picture! I purchased this for my father. When he received the basket and assembled it, the height and distance were way too far!!! It looked completely ridiculous (see picture). He then had to go through the trouble of cutting off 5" from the rear and 4" from the top to make it actually usable (see second picture). So unless you wanna modify this thing I suggest you look elsewhere.

I thought this was a great idea, but it doesn't work for my GoGo Travel Elite Scooter and has a design flaw which makes it unusable as it is for any scooter. The piece that goes into the receiver is about 17 inches long, so the bar that holds the basket stands about a foot behind my seatback. Combine that with the 16 inches or so for the basket, and you have to _try_ to get your scooter in diagonally if you need to use an elevator, and it still may not fit. If you have a metal worker in your family who can cut the hitch down to about 6-7 inches, this would be remedied. And drill a hole so you can actually use the knob screws included. The design flaw that makes it unusable for anyone is that the basket just hangs from the crossbar by rigid hooks. That means every time you go over a bump (like a lowered curb) the basket falls off and spills its contents everywhere. There should be some way to fasten it the cross bar better than this. I had to use duct tape to be able to use it for this weekend, and will be returning it on Monday.
