I used to do my workout on the elliptical machine but after it broke I bought another one. But, that machine was good and because of that, I skipped my daily exercise routine. So I bought this machine which is similar to the one I had before. Nowadays, I do workout daily and follow my normal schedule. To assemble this is not that hard. It has all the instructions needed to assemble the machine on the user manual. If you follow the steps and you will be successful to build. This machine has 8 different levels to adjust from easy to hard one and it does not produce loud noise so other people in the room won’t be disturbed while the machine is in use.
