Item says it’s frequently returned. I suspect it’s because the description states it is 2”. It is not. I’m keeping it because i need a doorbell tomorrow.

Not recommended. Unit did not work with my 16 VAC doorbell system. light did not work. Contacts for the wiring extend beyond the back plane of the housing, resulting not being able to mount the unit to the wall without having to re-drill the hole for the wiring. Button was not attached to the housing very securely was easily pushed out from the back. ... show more
