**Five Stars Isn't Nearly Enough! A Customer for Life!** I honestly don't know where to begin, because five stars simply don't do Dreo justice! I purchased my first Dreo fan back in 2022. It was a non-Wi-Fi, non-Alexa model, and guess what? It's STILL running today! Since then, I've purchased another fan, and I've now upgraded to the Dreo 714S. Let me tell you, this company has earned my loyalty in a way very few companies ever have. I've contacted Dreo's customer support on several occasions, including for warranty assistance, and every experience has reinforced my opinion of this company. I'm 70 years old, disabled, and retired from the IT customer service industry. That means I've spent years on the other side of the conversation, and let's just say I'm not the easiest person to impress! LOL. **Dreo has delivered the best customer support I've experienced from any Amazon seller. Period.** They have set a standard that other companies should be trying to match. Now, let's talk about the 714S. I received mine today, and although this review is being posted under a different order, I absolutely had to share my experience. THIS is the fan you want! It is unbelievably quiet. Seriously, it's so quiet that I sometimes don't even realize it's running. The airflow is excellent, the adjustable speeds make it incredibly versatile, and cleaning it for routine yearly maintenance is refreshingly easy. Here's something else you should know: I don't have air conditioning, so my fans aren't just a summertime convenience. I depend on quiet, adjustable airflow throughout the entire year, even in the winter when my only heat source is a fireplace. A reliable, quiet fan isn't a luxury for me; it's something I genuinely depend on. Dreo has delivered exactly what I need. And a quick tip when shopping: **Look for the Dreo 714S model with 12 speeds.** That's the version I'm raving about here. I only wish I could afford to buy two more right now. If I could, I'd have my year-round setup exactly where I want it! So, between the product quality, the whisper-quiet operation, the easy maintenance, the reliability, and customer support that goes above and beyond, I honestly cannot recommend Dreo highly enough. **Dreo, if you're reading this, thank you for getting it right.** You've earned my trust, my business, and my loyalty. I'll never willingly buy another brand of fan again. Trust me on this one: buy a Dreo, and you just might become a Dreo owner for life, too! **10 stars out of 5 if I could give them!** ... show more

    • My favorite fan ever
Color: Starlight
Review Image by Mackenzie
This is the best standing fan I’ve ever bought. I typically do like a louder hum of the fan, especially for sleeping, but this one is for the living room and it doesn’t drown out the sound of the TV at all. It’s super quiet and I love that there are seven settings of fan speed. It’s really easy to use, it comes with a remote or you can use the app if you want to be lazy like me and not leave the couch. I love that it senses the temperature. I would buy this again and again for every room. I also think it’s actually pretty nice looking fan. ... show more

    • It really does cool you down.
Color: Black
My son’s room is always hot during the summer. Everyone’s fan claims to work better than the next. That you will freeze if you use their brand. Believe me I’ve tried a lot of them and returned them. After trying so many. This fan does cool him down. This one is the best. It’s not too heavy to bring up and down the steps and is quiet when he has it on. It’s never in the way fits good in his room and looks nice not out of place. I actually used it once. I must say it is good. ... show more

    • A Good Choice
Color: Black
This is quite a tall tower fan and has a strong airflow. It cools well and oscillates very quietly. Good quality. The controls are easy to use. Glad a got a decent price.

    • Why didn't I buy this years ago??
Color: White
Excellent so far. We bought it to replace a 6 year old Lasko that was so annoyingly loud and rattled when it oscillated. I can barely hear this one up to level 4, then I can hear it at 5 and it's loud at 9 but is definitely doing it's job at that point. True 90 degree oscillation, and the best part is that it's silent as it turns!! No rattling as it hits one side and then the other. I love these stand up fans for living areas because they move so much air, but I will be buying another one for the bedroom. I need that background fan noise to sleep and this sounds gentle and calming, so even though I don't necessarily need the airflow it's worth it for the sound. Totally worth the price, I am very happy with it. Why did I deal with a rattling annoying to the point of not using it fan for so long?! Y'all need to treat yourselves to this fan now!! ... show more

Very nice tower fan which was also easy to assemble. Cools very efficiently even on lower settings, and also quiet. Cat shown for size.

    • Excellent Fan
Color: Black
I love this fan. It is very quiet, but super powerful at top speed. It has 9 different speeds, which is super helpful and pushes alot of air. I would definitely recommend.

    • Great Fan, Worth the price!
Color: Black
Absolutely love this fan. Stylish, unobtrusive in our bedroom, nine speeds, very quiet. Back panel comes off for cleaning. Night mode, no lighted display on. Worth saying again, very quiet. And the remote is handy too.
