I didn’t realize a fan could b this great. First off it looks awesome. I went w the gold unit it’s gorgeous and subdued, it doesn’t look like a plasticky monstrosity (like a Dyson). Also, the build quality is 2nd to none. The controls r touch sensitive and they actually work. When touched the on/off, fan speed and other indicators illuminate from within the plastic itself (looks great) and the illumination shots off automatically. Hence, ur not constantly fussing w the fan light on/off (and it will extend the life of the leds). The remote’s performance also exceeded my expectation, just point it in the general vicinity of the fan and presto. The fan is by far the quietest fan I’ve ever used (not even a Dyson comes close). Additionally, it moves a lot of air in near silence. I put it in my living room in the hope it would create a breeze that would cool my 110lb dog, it exceeded my expectations. Indoors it creates a gentle, relaxing and silent cooling breeze. If u look at the photo w my dog, the fan is about 17ft away, set to 2 (out of 10) and what I feel is close to a fresh wall of moving air. Essentially, this is how I always wanted a ceiling fan to perform. App & Alexa set up was a breeze. I use an iPhone; downloaded the app, put the fan in ‘detect’ mode and was done within 1 minute. The app itself is ‘app perfection’, intuitive w perfect response performance (thus far). To bring it into my Alexa home framework was a simple, I just pressed the Alexa button and we’re done in less than a minute. The fan has worked flawlessly w Alexa. Assembly was simple. All I did was unbox, clicked the two base sections together, connected the fan tower to the base w a twist-click and plug it in. A couple things to note is the fan does become audible once u take the speed past ‘4’ but given the amount of being moved ur not going to find anything quieter. This fan is amazing! I live in Florida. The heat index has been 104 and above. My HVAC is old so I don't want to put too much strain on it. I wanted to find a supplemental source of cooling. This fan does everything it that it is supposed to do. I love having it paired with my Alexa. It gets cooler at night so I can tell Alxea to turn the fan to 5 without having to wake up my fur babies by getting up. It will cool an entire room. It's also very quiet. I was afraid I would hate the noise and focus on it which would cause me not to sleep. It does not. It's very low and soothing. I wish I could afford one for each room. I just move ir to the room I'm in at the time. It is very lightweight and easy to pick up. I'm not paid for this review. I'm just wanting to let everyone know how great this fan is! ... show more

this fan has honestly been a really big game changer. please read i'm gonna get in depth on this product ! first off the most important factor of a fan is cooling properties. and it does its job very well. the 9 settings is a lot but honestly nice dependent on how loud id like to be, how cool, and how strong. i do tend to keep it at 9 but do change it during the day. its wind blast is very strong so i don’t recommend putting it right in position where your face may be. i also prefer the white noise of a fan at night. i was actually worried it wouldn't be “loud” enough, but its perfect. i live in an apartment complex that has horrible ac units + living in the south. so its hot. but this fan definitely makes a difference. i'm the kind of girl who wants my room to feel like i live in an ice cube. the ability to control everything with my phone is so nice. i honestly don't touch the fan itself. regarding the price, it is worth it. im a broke college kid and decided this would be an investment, and it was more then worth it ! ... show more

This Dreo tower fan is fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised to find out it has 12 speeds, not just 9. It’s got so much power, and while it’s a bit loud at the higher speeds, it’s nothing too extreme. I usually keep it around 3-5 while I sleep, and it’s wonderfully quiet in sleep mode. Plus, it looks great in any room! This is one of several Dreo products I own, and I’ve never been disappointed. The company consistently makes great products, and this fan is no exception. The fan has good airflow, but it would be much better if the vented part of the grill was larger. The grill is about 38 inches long and 6 inches wide however the vented part (where air comes out) is only 20 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. This wasn't mentioned in the product description. The quality of the product could also be better. The base on mine is a little warped, so the fan is very wobbly even though it's on a flat, even surface. For the price, I was expecting a nice, sturdy fan, so I'm disappointed that it's just a basic fan. I could have gotten the same results from a cheap $15 table fan! ... show more
