  • Nice fan and worth the money. Nice fan and worth the money.
Color: Black
This is the best fan we ever had. Blows cold across the room at full speed. Very quiet and I only keep it on number 2 speed at night. It is still blowing cool air. It was 90 degrees and our air conditioner wasn’t plugged in yet. I’m not crazy about loud annoying air conditioners. The fan kept me very comfortable and actually chilly. We just ordered another one. Highly recommend and I am very picky about my appliances. If they don’t work, they go back the next day. ... show more

  • Cool, Quiet, and Sleek – The Perfect Bedroom Fan
Color: Black
The Dreo Tower Fan for Bedroom with 90° Oscillation has quickly become one of my favorite home purchases this year. If you’re looking for a fan that’s powerful, quiet, and space-saving, this one checks all the boxes. Whisper-Quiet Operation: What really stood out to me is how quiet this fan is—even on higher settings. I can sleep comfortably with it running all night without any annoying humming or rattling. It’s perfect for light sleepers or anyone who needs white noise without the “noise.” Smooth 90° Oscillation: The oscillating feature spreads cool air evenly across the room. It doesn’t just blow in one direction—it really circulates air and makes a noticeable difference in comfort, especially during hot nights or stuffy afternoons. Modern, Space-Saving Design: The sleek vertical design is a win for smaller bedrooms. It doesn’t take up much floor space, but still delivers strong airflow. It also looks much more modern and stylish than bulky box fans or older oscillators. User-Friendly Features: The touch controls are responsive and easy to use, and the remote is a nice bonus—super convenient when I’m already in bed. Multiple speed settings and modes let you customize the airflow exactly how you like it. Energy-Efficient: I’ve noticed it doesn’t spike my electricity bill, even when used nightly. That’s a huge plus for summer months when it’s tempting to crank up the AC. Final Thoughts: The Dreo Tower Fan is quiet, powerful, and thoughtfully designed. It’s ideal for bedrooms, offices, or any space where you want cool comfort without sacrificing peace and quiet. Highly recommended for anyone looking to beat the heat in style. ... show more

  • Best Tower Fan We Have Owned! Best Tower Fan We Have Owned!
Color: White
If there is one thing I hate, it is dealing with the heat of Kentucky in Spring and Summer. While we have a portable A/C unit for better cooling on our second story, my husband and I both hate setting it up, especially for just cooling off our home office. With our old tower fan dying, we decided to try the DREO Tower Fan since it seemed powerful enough to do what we needed, and I loved its sleek design, size, and neutral color. First off, I have to say I loved how easy it was to set up outside the box. Other than putting the stand together (two pieces), it was just plug it in and go. One of the reasons we also chose this exact fan (over the more expensive ones) was that it didn't have an app but just a remote. With my husband caring deeply about security, this put it above the competition because he did not want another app or a potential security risk in our household. The fact that the company gives you that choice was a major privacy win in our book. As for the fan itself, it has been absolutely perfect and may already be the best tower fan we have owned. It is extremely stable (this was tested when one of our malamutes bumped into it). It is also very easy to adjust, using either the built-in console or the remote. The fan's power is also fantastic. We have it in the doorway to our home office with multiple gaming computers, and it has made the room so much more comfortable. I also thought it was fairly quiet, even on its highest settings. Overall, with its stability, versatility, and look, I considered it a great value for the money. ... show more

  • Excellent Air Circulator Excellent Air Circulator
Color: Black
Although not perfectly silent this circulating fan system is much quieter than the other fans we've tried over the years. We have no trouble sleeping through the night with this fan running 24/7. We bought two of them, one for the Master bedroom and one for our front hall. We did this as an experiment to try and improve the circulation of cooled air in our house. We live in an area where air conditioning is not required and thus most houses don't have forced air systems optimized to move cold air, relying on the natural rising of hot air, and thus having the air plenums come up through the floors rather than through vents high on the walls or in the ceiling. We added air conditioning to our system about 20 years ago and experimented with a few fans in the Summer to try and get the cold air coming up through the floor moved up higher into the rooms we occupy. All the commercial systems we investigated to apply over a vent to push air up turned out to be too noisy to sleep with. So this year I decided to try something different and in researching different fan systems I ran into this design. We put them in more than 6 weeks ago and the results have been excellent. They move a lot of air in a rather broad swath and at a moderate to low noise level. For the front hall we placed a unit next to one of the floor vents and put it in the 90 degree sweep mode and its been running full time ever since with no issues. We placed the second unit in the master bedroom, also in 90 degree sweep mode, next to a vent and it, too, does a great job of lifting the cooled air higher into the room and spreading it throughout. These units have a prominent display of the current temperature easy to read from across a room. They have proved to be very reliable so far running 24/7. The manual provided with the units is marginal though. It talks about the automatic mode of fan control which one might think had something to do with managing fan speed based on prevailing temperature but it has no explanation of what the rules are that the automatic mode is based on, making a vague reference to it having an algorithm. And whatever the algorithm is, in our application seems to have no effect since we only very rarely see the fan speed change. It typically runs at its highest speed all the time. But as I said, the fan is quiet enough to sleep through, moves a large volume of air across a broad range, and is mindful of a cool breeze outdoors as it quietly moves side to side. The remote control is handy when you have the fan moving back and forth as it allows you to set things while the fan is operating. But the symbols they use are not the best. But we really don't use the remote but for intial setup - and since then it's been flawless. I liked the fact that the base, and therefore the power cord, can be set to one of 4 positions when installing onto the unit making it easy to keep the power cord relatively hidden and away from your feet when walking by the unit. I've been using a Honeywell T9 thermostat for over a year now and we just got our July air conditioning usage e-mail report for this July compared to last July. And in that comparison it appears we've reduced our air conditioning usage nearly 40% over last year, in part due to these fans, in part due to 1 degree higher set points which we've found to be just as comfortable thaks to the new air circulation, and in part dealing with this years 1 degree lower average high thanks to the fire smoke from California and parts West of us. So I can't say the fans are responsible for all of that but we're convinced they are a big component of that savings because of how they've improved the airflow generally on the main floor of the house. Although too early to judge overall reliability, the unit appears well made, although largely plastic, and it functions as needed, so I highly recommend it! ... show more

  • AMAZING fan with one weak point AMAZING fan with one weak point
Color: Black Silver
I purchased this fan in July 2022. I am writing this review in June 2026, nearly four years later. The fan is still going strong - it blows air just as quietly and powerfully as it did the day I bought it, and it remains the best tower fan I've used to date. The wifi connectivity works perfectly - even better than it did four years ago thanks to app updates - and I control it using my Google Home pucks more than I do the buttons on the fan themselves. The app is also actually a pretty decent vendor app for controlling their own smart home devices, much better than some others I've used. It has not been a totally flawless experience, however. About 2 years in, the oscillation motor began to make an obnoxious noise whenever the oscillation was turned on; it sounded like the bearings in the motor were going out. Luckily, this oscillation motor is a super generic part that you can easily find online (including Amazon), and after a little bit of DIY work, it was back up and running like nothing had gone wrong. The fan motor itself was unaffected, and in fact I used the fan without oscillation for nearly 2 years. The gears that the oscillation motor drives (which actually rotate the fan) also seem very robust and they were filled with a ton of lubricant, so it seems like DREO built this thing to be sturdy. I guess I just got unlucky. To me, the repairs were well worth it. I tried using an "OmniBreeze" fan as a replacement, but despite being four years newer, it did not compare. This DREO fan is far more quiet and blows much more air. Overall, I'd still recommend this fan, or maybe one of their newer models. Aside from the oscillation hiccup, it has been a solid device. ... show more

Fantastic fan. Easy to assemble and QUIET. When it is set on #1(for the fan) there is no noise at all. + The remote reaches a long distance and I ordered another remote for the other side of the room. It also reaches far enough. The fan may cost more than some on Amazon, but believe me it is worth it. ... show more

  • Quality, quite
Color: White
The base of the fan snaps together, looks like two screw holes, screws not included, I put in two screws so the tower does not turn in the base and fall out. For a standard size bedroom, puts out enough air on speed #3 and #4. Very quite on those two speeds, does not wobble or make any noise's. Cord is pretty much standard length, the plastic base seem sufficent for supporting the tower and the cooling efficently is excellent. I ordered white and the color goes just right ou our bedroom. It also seems to be a quality fan. ... show more
