The attachment onto the trumpet is easy and it stays on well. It also does not move around much. However, the weakest part is the tiny plastic joint between the ball and the base, it snapped off clean just after 1+ month of use. It's not even used everyday. Several of our friends have the same item and had the same problem.

The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because after a while it wants to snap of but it was a really good purchase. Would so buy again. I do recommend twistalbe liers especially for trumpets 🎺

Size: Drum Lyre
For stationary practice, it's great. But for marching? Not so much. The gooseneck isn't strong enough to keep the lyre steady while doing any kind of maneuvers or if you're wearing the snare via a sling where it rises and falls with your thigh. The gooseneck will sway back & forth with that motion and start to bend over. Can't comment on the durability - I haven't had it very long. But I will say that I don't like the idea of loosening every lug on the head just to take it on/off, or move it to another lug. I wish it clamped to the rim instead.
