------ BEFORE READING MY REVIEW, HEED THIS WARNING -------- Some reviewers are complaining about burnt plugs, outlets, and other dangers. This is because you are NOT SUPPOSED TO PLUG ANY SPACE HEATER INTO a power strip, surge protector, extension cord, or an outlet where other items are plugged in! This is common sense for most people but in shortage these days. Also these warnings are front-most in THE OWNERS MANUAL! Don't be lazy - read it or risk starting fires!!! (and/or worse) This heater is very impressive. For being small it does a big boys job. I was so impressed with the 1st one I bought, I went back to Amazon and bought a 2nd one a couple of days later. (and a 3rd taller model is on the way) I haven't found a single reason for criticism. It has everything you need: 1. digital incremental temp adjustments 2. a 1-12 hour timer 3. child lock 4. 3 heats modes plus an ECO function plus a fan only mode 5. fantastic remote control 6. you can turn sound (beeps) on or off 7. cools itself off when/if you turn it off 8. overheat and tip-over protection 9. nearly instant ceramic heat 10. it oscillates 70 degrees 11. it is EXTREMELY quiet! I compared this (in person, at home) to other brands. They especially out-performed the Pelonis 15" and 23" models which I bought and returned. Dreo literally blew them away, throws heat much further to mention only one comparison. A LAST NOTE: These currently cost less than Amazon at Dreo's website. (ongoing sale) (slower free shipping though)

Excellent! It pumps out the heat in my large bedroom. It has low medium and high heat setting. The temperature can be set and it maintains it well. It is very quiet. It runs occasionally to check the room temperature and adjust it accordingly. I absolutely love the option to power off and have it will blow out the last of the heat for 30 seconds so I can be sure it is cooler when I unplug it. It oscillates a perfect amount because my room is warm within 5 minutes. The remote beep sound and lights can be turned off too. My room is drafty and the downstairs temp is set at 65 and the heater maintains it in my room which is 62. I turn it up to 70 after I get home and it warms evenly and super fast. Not a fire hazard either. My cat brushes by and has no problem.

Wow , this heater is EXCELLENT! I was a bit skeptical at first, $65 seemed a bit on the high end for a portable space heater , but after it showed up and I hooked it up and felt how amazing it worked and its so quiet, has 3 heat settings but ive never had to use the 3rd setting becuase the second one is plenty hot for my needs , also has a fan option if you need it to cool down a bit. I actually got another one of these for my basement as well , and if I need another heater , this is the one I will get again.

I don't know how it stacks up to other modern units. That said, the tip-over protection is nice, as is the auto-off feature. It heats well enough for my chilly office/guest-room, the oscillation is handy, and it's not all that noisy. It does make noise, but it's not as loud as my old unit, and the "white noise" it generates is unobtrusive. The controls are east to figure out, though I think I'd rather have mechanical buttons than the modern touch-style controls. I haven't tried the remote, but it seems simple enough. I tend to set it up to automatically do what it can to keep the room at a specific temperature. As such, it turns on, heats the room, then turns off. This repeats as necessary. Seems useful. No strange smells, no hot spots, no danger of melting nearby items, and no stability issues. Probably not the best overall, but definitely no weak spots - especially for the money.

I purchased this for a (fairly large) guest bedroom that stays colder than our other bedrooms and I’m so glad I did! It does a great job heating the room even though it’s small. All you have to do is set the desired temp and it turns on and off automatically to maintain it. The remote control is a nice addition so you don’t even have to get out of bed to change the settings. It was easy to put into silent mode (no more beeps when you change settings) and it runs VERY quietly including when it switches off and on. I’m very happy with this purchase!

I live in a small apartment and this space heater is awesome. I love the remote and the different settings. It’s small/compact so it’s easy to take it from my desk, living room and bedroom. I really appreciate how NOT loud it is as I tried a previous option that was so loud.
