This is my second Dreo space heater, and yes, I'm still using the tower I bought a few years ago - Dreo really is raising the bar when it comes to the portable fan and heater arena. Efficient, well designed aesthetically and functionally with a lot of bang for the buck, and pretty darn QUIET, which so many fan-driven items are not. Fan noise is the one thing that drives me nuts in a quiet home. I originally bought this tilt space heater to use in the bathroom when I shower so it's not so cold when I step out. It really does put out a lot of heat, the lowest heat setting of one (H1) pretty much does the job. I may get another as it's actually quieter than my older Dreo tower, which is fairly quiet. Or possibly just upgrade to a newer quieter tower model. Anyways, there's way more PROs than CONs to this mighty little Dreo ... CONS: - Takes getting used to the display that H1 is not a short abbreviation for 'Hi' 'Hello' or 'High' setting, it's just the lowest in H1, H2, H3. - Touch controls are TOO SENSITIVE, wish they had some resistance more like a push button, I have to unplug it when not in use because my cats nose or paw could accidentally turn the unit on. - The unit does not tilt downward. I was thinking it would be nice to mount it on a raised shelf out of the way in the bathroom and have it face downward a little. Alas, the floor point up will have to do. - No remote holder or storage, underneath doesn't really count. - Cord storage under unit does the job but is less elegant of a feature. - No auto rotate, which is fine, I don't need it, and they make other models that do. - 30 Second cool down, not sure if that's a pro or con. PROS: - No styrofoam shipping waste !! Seriously, that stuff is a mess and eco disaster - Dreo uses unbleached press formed cardboard or paper, easy to recycle, throw away to biodegrade without toxins. - Quietest of small fan space heaters I've used. Don't have to crank up the TV volume when watching a movie or listening to music. Certainly giving Dyson a run for the money and at a better price bracket. - Has a FAN ONLY mode - why other manufacturers don't include this simple feature is astonishing. Every space heater should include this option. - Massive heat from such a small unit, can easily heat a 500 SqFt studio. - No weird burning smell on first use, even if so, it usually goes away. - Has a set it and forget it temperature setting, incase you don't like to always control it manually. - Unique simple designs, modern, and I like the black color options to blend in to the rooms better. - Tilt up from straight out feature clicks into segments, no tilt down. - Display on or off. - Easy to use remote and on unit controls. - 30 Second cool down, not sure if that's a pro or con, my old Lasko tower heater was instant off and ran perfectly for well over 5 years. I personally don't like the cool down as it introduces cool air to a warm space, but I'm guessing it will make the components last longer? Overall - Excellent buy. Dreo products are quite impressive and offer a lot of bang for the buck.

I needed a small space heater for my basement home office. This winter is brutally cold, and my heating system can't keep up. I picked up this personal unit, and it is great. Granted I only have 1 day of experience with it but I'm really happy so far. The size to heat ratio is great. I expected it to be weak, but it isn't. It has a temp set feature to dial in what you want OR you can simply choose H1-H2-H3 (900-1300-1500 watts) and let it crank. It also has a fan mode if you just want air movement. It was packaged in recyclable cardboard inside and out, no foam to deal with! It fits nicely under my desk and has safety features in case I knock it over. And my favorite feature is the remote. Since it's under my desk the remote makes it easy to change settings. It's also very quiet and no one heard it while I was on calls/meetings today. It was a great purchase and a great price.

We live in an old house, so these were on ALL winter. They were amazing! Kept up totally fine, easy to move around, compact, so finding space for them is so easy, and they heat a room so surprisingly efficiently!

This is a great little heater and works really well. The remote is nice too, feels sturdy and not cheaply made. The overall quality is great. I feel like compared to other heaters ive had before this is probably the best one. It has a digital temp display that is spot on with other thermometers i have in the same area. The temperature set feature is great because it keeps my office at a perfect level. I set it at 70 degrees and the heater turns off and on by itself. It also has the tilt functionality making it easy to position where you want it. The blower isn't overly powerful but it isn't lacking because of it. The only negative thing I can say that you might want to consider is this does not have the oscillation feature. You have to position it and manually turn it if you want it to blow in a different direction. Still, I dont think thats a big deal with the temp set mode. It also has a fan mode and a manual heat mode with different heat and blower settings. Overall, I give it 5 starts because its perfect for what I need and it works great. I'd say their description is accurate as well.

Works amazingly. The heat is instant and you can feel it from across the room. It’s a great space heater and it’s nearly silent. It shuts itself off when it’s tipped over for safety. It also runs the fan for 30 seconds after turning it off to cool down for safety. Really great. My only complaint is that the temperature setting is a bit inaccurate. You need to trial and error the temperature setting to reach whatever you actually want (you might set it to 82 to achieve a room temp of 78). It does a great job at maintaining the room temperature though. Overall a great product though. Best small form factor heater I’ve used.

this is a REALLY nice heater for the price, ive paid 3x as much for products that didnt work as well and died in a shorter frame of time than the one where this one is still working perfectly; its served me well and is enough to keep my 15x10 room warm. the size also allows me to use it as a fan to keep moisture off my hanging cabinets when im cooking since i dont have an actual hood, great product.

Worth every penny! Remote is awesome, the “eco” setting works perfectly - set it to a degree and when it reaches it, it will shut off, and comeback in to maintain. Love love love it. It is a little big for a desk heater, so I have it propped on a tall stand and aiming it at my hands while I work (my hands FREEZE while everything else stays warm, so that’s why I got this bc fingerless gloves were not the answer) I love that there’s a symbol of the power plug that lights up red when it is still plugged in, I find that to be great safety feature! Noise level seems normal, I find it to be actually very quiet. I have also put it under the desk aimed at my feet and have definitely kicked it by accident a few times but you’d never know it bc the materials it’s made from make it very durable! Just get it already!!

This thing is an absolute beast, extremely impressed with how quickly it can heat up my bedroom. It is a very small bedroom which is why i went with this fan. My room gets insanely hot and insanely cold depending on the weather and we don’t use ac so sometimes i would wake up and my room would be 60 degrees. Turning this on and it’s immediately so much more manageable and i mean very much so. It has 3 levels and level 3 is very strong. The device itself seems pretty durable. I think it’s a bit expensive but overall i got it because i have a dreo fan also and liked that it had an app, be aware that the app does not connect to this device. I did originally think that it did which is 100% my mistake but just something i wanted to share in case anyone made the same mistake. It does also have a fan feature but i haven’t ever used it honestly. I also like that you can point it in any direction and that’s it’s not only facing forward but you can’t move it side to side only up or down.
