The chair pieces are solid, and the hardware is good quality. When putting it together, I noticed that I was missing a piece, so I followed the instructions and contacted the customer service. I didn't see a reason for the particular piece, but I was following the directions. I was told that they didn't have any of that piece in their warehouse and that the chair would be find without it. I actually think it looks better. It is SOOOOOO comfortable, soft, and solid. I have reclined all the way back in it with the foot rest up and actually fell asleep. I’m sitting in the chair right now as I make this review, and I must say this is one of the most comfortable chairs i’ve ever sat in! It was easy to assemble and is definitely worth the investment. The chair has great back support and I feel like I could sit on it for hours on end with no problem. Don’t see where these 5 star reviews are coming from. This chair is not comfortable. The controls are not placed well under the seat, the seat bottom has a bulge in the middle making it feel like you are sitting on something that’s not supposed to be there. The arm rests are not adjustable, and they are placed too low for even me at 5’8”. This thing is garbage, looks comfy but is simply not and it’s a waste of time to put together to find out you bought a pile of trash. ... show more

This chair is very strudy5and well built. It looks very professional as well. I'm very heavy set (5'4" 245 lbs and I can sit very comfortably as it's wide and sturdy. It rolls with ease as well. Eastly assembly. Less than 30 minutes with 2 people. One person could handle this. The only exception was,the assembly of the foot rest aszexplained below.I was a little disappointed with two things 1. The screws for the footrest are way to short (yes, I was using the correct ones). So we just left the foot rest off rather than send it back or wait on longer screws. 2. I ordered the color brown but it's more like a mauve color. Definitely not the brown I'm used to. Neither of these are a deal breaker. But if you're paying 250.plus for a chair you expect it to be as advertised. Can't speak on comf9rt just yet as we just assembled the chair, but I'm guessing with the pillow for lumbar support, this will be comfortable. Even with the "off" color and the screws for.the footrest not being long enough I still would recommend this item. Purchased this chair to replace a flaking office chair and satisfied with the upgrade. Starting with the instructions, they were neatly packaged and organized so it was easy to identify each individual part and hardware. The chair itself has a lot of cushion on the back and seat area. Comparing to my previous chair, the arm rests aren’t adjustable and have a static position. Aside from that, it is easy to adjust the height/recline and the locked recline is easy to use and stable. This chair is just as comfortable as it looks in the picture! It feels like a cloud yet it's supportive. I love the foot rest, and I love how you can lean back. It is just like a cute version of Chandler and Joey's chairs as I always wanted. :) Assemble process wasn't hard.
