We live in GA where 7 months out of the year it's hot and humid. We were beginning to have a mold problem. Got two of these, one for upstairs and the other for downstairs. Initially, each of them pulled about 4 gallons of water out of the air within 24 hours. VERY impressive! Now that humidity has stabilized, they only turn on a couple of times a day when set to 50%. They are quiet considering how effective they are, and the reservoir is super easy to empty. No spills! Just be sure to wait about 5 minutes after turning it off to pull the bucket out. Only one slight disappointment. The app doesn't display how full the reservoir is. Still, A+ 5 stars. Will report back here if we have issues with either unit.

This helped my old ac get some new life back. I live in a humid area so the ac was doing a lot of dehumidification. Now it can focus on cooling why this dehumidifies more efficient since it’s designed for purpose

This dehumidifier is awesome it does 2500 sq ft no problem. It will reduce the humidity 8 to10% in 3 hours of running. On low fan speed it is fairly quiet and the app works perfect you can turn it on or off remotely from anywhere with your phone. Also has times you can program for everyday control

The media could not be loaded. This is a super cute dehumidifier. Its not very loud although you can change the strength of the fan if you wanted. Our basement is under 1k sqft so this dehumidifier is technically much bigger than necessary but its not a commercial grade systen and for its price point it works well and does the job. Its set at 35% but its reading between 38-42%. Our separate humidity reader is reading 36%. I think that the humidity reader on the dreo could be more accurate. I recommend to purchase a longer hose to place it somewhere in the middle of the basement for more coverage. As of now its in the corner of our basement and I know it will do an even better job if it was placed more appropriately.

Works amazingly well! We were happily surprised to find our post traumatic kid-left-tub-running-basement-became-wading-pool exercise was met with a force to beat all forces! Mold was beginning to grow in our newly renovated downstairs bath, despite days…no weeks… of airing and drying the lower level. It was a true nightmare! The systems tank collected an unbelievable amount of water in just the morning after initial use. We have a 3 bedroom split raised ranch styled home, for reference of capacity vs size of home. We can not express how happy we are with this product, and even more grateful should it prevent us from doing everything all over again! Time shall tell!
