Is ok but suffers from same issue many humidifiers do. It works fine but if you use the automatic mode, which most will, it doesn't cut on how you set it. If you set the humidity to 50, it will bring it down to 50, but then wont cut back on until it's at 65 humidity. If I wanted 65 humidity I would have set it to 65, not 50. Save your money this isn't programmed well and the customer service is non existent. Was going to give a 2 star review but they tried to block it, so 1 star now. ... show more

This is a very nice product. When I put the ducting in the 6in vent hole it kept my tent at what i set it at on the unit. It's on wheels so it makes it easy to move around as well and is user friendly. If I were to change anything on this it would be its water catcher I would make it just a little bit bigger but it does have the hose you can put in a bucket for continuous draining capabilities. This thing is a workhorse! I use it with my 4 X 4 and it works great. My only issue is with the quality of the vent adapter that goes on the output for those of us that prefer to keep it outside the tent. The plastic tabs that connect the adapter to the unit break very easily. Mine will no longer stay attached to the unit. I could think of a dozen alternative designs that would be better than this one. But…I’m just an end customer so what do I know, right? If anyone out there has a hack to keep a broken adapter attached, please share! ... show more

I have used it for a month or so. It’s effective for small spaces. Perhaps 3x3 max. The duct adapter that snaps in on the exhaust vent does not come off easily and I snapped one of the 4 prongs so be careful. If you need a duct adapter this is a good plug-n-play dehumidifier but I think you can get way better value for your money and rig your own duct adapter if necessary. The temp/dehumidifier sensor was accurate when compared to my other sensors. ... show more

I couldn't tell it was on at first cause of how quiet it is, It pulls moisture down to ideal humidity really fast so you don't have to worry about it.
