small and compact..good for a small night table...face is large enough to see the time and station very well..has a 3 level brightness adjust button...what would be better would be an adjustment button which would give u a range of brightness and dimming rather than 3 preset levels...that way one could adjutt the brightness to one's preference...but not a big deal...The sound is relatively rich for such small speakers...its not harsh on the ears as so many small speakers are...the adjustment buttons are well placed...the words small but easy to see which, in the case of the white clock/radio has black letters against the white background...has battery backup compartment which is easy to use and is well placed...smart design and all in all great for the price...its a keeper..

I LOVE: Great sound quality, surprising and exceptional for such a little radio. Display has large numbers for such a small unit, AND they are dimmable, which is really important to me. If you want to use it as a nightlight, choose the two brighter display options. For me, dim is better. Size is very small and extremely lightweight; can serve as a travel radio. Battery backup and automatic Daylight Saving Time auto re-set are a wonderful convenience. Settings are easy; since I don't use the alarm feature, I did not need the instructions. However, the instructions are clear and simple. Plus, a HUGE benefit for me is that the alarm setting buttons require pressing two buttons simultaneously, and the top of the radio is small and rounded, so my cat can no longer step on it and set alarms that wake me in the middle of the night. Yes, indeed she has been doing this for a couple of years with my large old clock radio, but NO MORE. This clock radio has other features that I don't use, like 2 alarms and choice of buzzer or radio, which look great, but of all the clock radios I have had over the years, this is by far the best (and the smallest). I have to use earbuds overnight (Bluetooth speakers fall out of my ears) to minimize tinnitus and to keep from disturbing my bed partner. It is rare to find clock radios with earbud jacks, so I don't have much choice. I can't believe I found THIS one. It's a game-changer for me.

First i was surprised how small this is. That's not a negative. The numbers are plenty big to see clearly from across the room, just wasn't expecting it to be so small. That was just a first impression. The good - Display is easy to read. Dimmer is great and easy to use to get the right brightness. You can see the alarm time right on the main display. It doesn't show if the alarm is turned off, so you can see at a glance that the alarm is set and to what time. If you set the main clock to 24 hour mode, then you can see at a glance that the alarm set and is correct. That's great if you get paranoid about the alarm and are used to pushing that alarm button multiple times to double check you did it right. The reception on the radio is very good and has good sound. Radio reception often has more to do with location but this radio gets much better reception than my old one that was in the exact same place. The digital tuning is very good. The Negatives. A minor one is the temperature. I assume it has a built in thermometer. Mine seems to be about 4 degrees hotter than actual. That's no big deal to me since the temp is just an added bonus and i guess if i know it's off by 4 then i can just do the math. The only real negative is that this clock is a bit of an ordeal to set. There are a number of steps, especially if you want to wake to the radio because then you have to have the channel set and also set the volume. It took me 3 tries to get it programmed the way i wanted. Do not throw away those directions or snap i pic on your phone because you will likely have to refer to them again when you reset to a different time. If you are going to set it for the same time every day, this is no big deal. You just set it once and then each day when you hit any button, the alarm goes off and it's automatically set for the next day. But if you get up at different times (Like on the weekend), then you may want to look at a clock that has a weekend mode or has dual alarms because this one might be a pain to set to different times. Then again, if you set it often enough it probably gets easy.

Works very well so far. Easy to set up. Only thing I had to refer to the manual for was how to change the alarm from buzzer to radio. Very easy once you know how. Everything else was self-explanatory. Nice features, dimmer, temp display. Day of week and bluer display would have been nice touches. Display described as blue but very muted color. Looks almost white compared to other clocks. Radio actually tunes to some stations without the wire antenna being extended. A little static, but I didn't buy this to use as a stereo for long term listening. I just wanted to wake to radio instead of buzzer and it functions just fine for that. My only complaint would be Amazon's fulfillment center refused to ship it. I had 2 other items in the same order which they did ship, yet claimed the clock wasn't paid for. How an order can be partially paid for is beyond me. Took 2 phone calls to get them to finally ship one to me. They promised me a $5 coupon for the inconvenience but I never received it. Overall, I'm happy with the clock. Hopefully it will last.

I got this for my sister to replace the old one that died. I care for my sister. She has some brain injury issues so I had to find one that is really easy for her to operate. This one is about the easiest so far. It doesn't take up a lot of room on her nightstand and she can see the time really well. The radio sounds good for what she uses it for. The price was good. I would probably buy it again as long as it last for awhile.
