If I could give zero star review, I would. This was a gift for my daughters 13th birthday. Was the big item she wanted. Imagine the disappointment when she opened it on her birthday and it does not work well. When on bluetooth mode, the speakers make a very loud screeching noise. I have put in a request for a replacement. Sound is good except for screeching. EQ is disappointing as well. Lowering this review to 1 star as seller refused to refund / replace the item because it has been longer than 30 days....44 days to be exact. So far, I am out $80. Terrible seller. Terrible product. Terrible service from Amazon as well. Amazon has also declined my refund. So, I am stuck with a defective radio out of the box and have a very disappointed girl. Way to go Amazon. ... show more

Very poor quality. Speakers always make a crackling noise. Speakers are very thin and fall over easy. No matter the mode it's on, it's always a hissing sound in the background. Don't waste your money. Unless your a child who doesn't care about quality, you will be very disappointed.
