Seriously grab another set of hands for assembly! I put this together on my own and it started off ok. It still assembles like pretty much any other office chair but when you get to trying to put the back on is where you start to have an issue. Like another reviewer had said you have to get the screws in --just right-- otherwise you're just going to be sitting there spinning them endlessly. After about 15 minutes of alternating between hugging the chair and shoving my foot between the cushion and the back, I got the last screw to align. Out of the box it's a firmer plush seat that definitely has way more cushioning than other chairs I've tried. It's super soft and easy to slide around in to adjust yourself. I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do with the pillow because the chair itself curves to fit how it needs to and the pillow just throws that completely off.

I wanted to replace a “skeleton chair “as I thought this item would give me more comfort.This is all show & no go !Honestly ,you do get what you pay for & this chair is a stain magnet,only has 2 adjustments,I will donate it to charity as repacking would be ridiculous!As a long time on line consumer I am totally embarrassed.DO NOT BUY. UPDATE:contacted seller thru Amazon.Much to my surprise Had a response within 24 hrs.Fortunately the owner is much better than this chair.After such attention I think you won't be disappointed .But buy another chair!

For years, I've looked for a soft chair, and this hits the spot. I can lean back in it, pull my legs in and fall asleep! The pillow that comes with it is perfect for it too. And the price is manageable! I am so, so happy!! There's nothing negative I have to say about the chair (other than the new chair smell which will certainly go away).

It’s comfortable, reclines just right. Required the strength of 4 adults to assemble. All 3 bolts line up with a 0.1mm tolerance for you pushed the arm below the socket The bolts are now stripped. Hello 50kg paperweight. For me getting faulty products they offered and I accepted a new rocking chair. We’ll see how it goes.

The product is a thumbs up for comfortable, durable material. But it says executive chair, It was a regular size chair with an executive design. The chair I replace was an executive chair, which is more prominent in, width, depth, and height. The swivel function does not allow you to lock in the 130-degree angle, it just lets you rock back and forth (No purpose for the swivel). If you are a large person this chair may not be for you. But I am going to keep it because it's a hassle to box it back up and ship it.
