The couch quality is good and it’s very comfortable. However it’s not the couch that had issues. My order arrived much quicker than estimated, but it was missing all hardware, nuts,bolts, and assembly instructions. I contacted the seller, which the contact info had to be obtained through Amazon customer service, about my issue and they responded with an email of the assembly instructions and shipping info on the missing pieces. Once the parts arrived, we still were missing parts and could not assemble it as intended. The couch is still functional and I’m fine with the way it is, but not the impressed with the way things were handled. Also there’s nothing holding the sections together but I don’t mind it as it makes it easier to move around ... show more

The couch is so comfy. We had to piece it together the best I could. They didn’t give us any hardware. No instructions. Stains all over. So right now it’s just parts if you lean on the sides it will fall over. I talked to 5 different people from Amazon no one was willing to help. I asked for the sellers info and they didn’t have it so I’m gonna figure out where to get the cable. Foot pieces. Couch cleaner. And the hardware. Oh well. Don’t buy if you are looking to spend money to fix their mistakes ... show more

I ordered the couch with expectations to spray the couch down with a protective spray to prevent it from getting stained. When it arrived and I opened the box the couch was already heavily dirty on almost all of the pieces in each box.
