Avoid at all costs – terrible mattress and an even worse return process This mattress was a huge disappointment from day one. Despite all the hype and “luxury” marketing, the DreamCloud Premier Rest is uncomfortable, inconsistent, and absolutely not worth the price. The support is poor, it runs hot, and it never actually broke in the way they claim. Woke up with back and shoulder pain that I didn’t have before. The real nightmare started when I tried to return it. The return process was a disaster. Communication was slow, unclear, and felt intentionally dragged out. I followed every instruction exactly as requested, yet it still took over a month to finally get my refund. Multiple follow-ups were required, and each response felt like a stall tactic rather than actual customer support. For a company that advertises a “risk-free” trial, the return experience is anything but. Waiting more than a month to get your own money back is unacceptable, especially for a product at this price point. If you value your sleep or your time, look elsewhere. There are far better mattresses and far better companies that don’t make you fight to get a refund. DreamCloud seriously needs to fix both their product quality and their customer service. ... show more

Based on reviews, I thought I was getting a firm mattress. It is not! It's not bad, but it's still softer than I would have liked. I still sink into the middle of it. I also purchased a frame for it. Despite both being queen size, the frame is larger so it shows more than I'd like. The first time I got on the mattress, it slid in the opposite direction. I had to purchase "mattress bumpers." These bumpers are attached to the frame to keep the mattress from slipping. Be prepared, this mattress is VERY heavy. Time will tell if i keep it. The mattress is quite comfortable. It is a bit of a stiffer mattress, but that is how I prefer my mattresses. I am a heavier person, but do not find myself sinking into the mattress in an uncomfortable way. Overall I am sleeping better on this mattress than I have many other mattresses.

I've had this mattress about a week, and it's a pretty hard mattress in my opinion. I don't know if there is a breaking in period that it needs, but it is very hard and too firm. So far, there is nothing "cloud" about it, it feels like I'm sleeping on bricks. I'll update in a month. ***Update. It is still a concrete mattress. Excellent quality, it looks like it will be plush and soft. To be FAIR, I’m used to a tempurpedic topper. I can sleep on hotel beds. This mattress looks so good. It’s so firm, I couldn’t hardly sleep. It’s much to hard for me I can tell there’s some padding on top but it’s just the wrong bed for me. I read some reviews about it feeling like a built in topper. Maybe by folks who don’t sleep on a topper? I’m going to send it back when I figure out what to order. If you like a firm bed that’s well made you’d probably like it. Beautiful craftsmanship. 5 stars for what it is, 3 stars because it’s wrong for me. Maybe it’s right for you. ... show more
