I mix this with Olympian Labs Beef Protein Isolate chocolate flavor in cold water . It taste great and so far, I'm starting to feel better. No grassy taste when mixed and I haven't had any issues with it clumping. Just wish for the price you paid the container it came in was bigger. I'll be really surprised if it has 30 servings in it. This superfood blend is amazing! Great quality product, I do not eat enough vegetables and fruits so this helps me get the full nutrition I need and after being hospitalized following in your fatal MVA I need all of my vitamins and this is packed full of all the things I'm missing in my diet, tastes great even has a slight sweetness to it, goes perfectly into my smoothies with frozen fruit, it smells kind of like grass, greens, to be expected but it's not offensive, I've repurchased once and will continue to do so... my only issue is, be warned the container is not full maybe a little over halfway full but as far as nutrition goes I still think it's worth it... Updating, 9 mo. Later & love so much that I've been subscribed at least 8 mo. Now & if you have constipation issues, adding this to your diet WILL remedy that problem & in a healthy way

I’ve been wanting to try this product for about ten years. At one point I was always at the Dragon Herb store ( in Santa Monica, Calif) constantly purchasing their bottled herbal blends. It gets very expensive , so this product ( at 60 bucks ) was never in the budget. Well I got $50 for Christmas, last year ( this is a very late review 😂😂) so I decided to blow it all on this product. lol I used it in my morning smoothies ( the taste was ok) but other than that, I really have nothing else to say about the product. Matter of fact , I still have the canister in the fridge to keep it fresh. At best I can say, at least, after all these years, I was finally able to try it 🙂 At some point we have to realize that the overhyped / overly expensive products are not really worth the price point ( 60 bucks, that’s almost a C note 💴). But if you need to satisfy your curiosity, go ahead and indulge. All the best to everyone. Hope this helps

I’ve been using this 4x per week for 10+ years. It definitely helps build my immune system. I suggest using it at least a few times per week, but maybe not every day. I think you get the same benefits, and it saves money. It doesn’t mix smoothly, it will be a bit gritty, and it does have a taste that sensitive people may not like, but if you can get past those two things, it will do your body good! I mix it with just water, first thing in the morning. Also curbs your appetite a bit, but I don’t use it for that. It is herbal, so it will thin your blood a bit, like most all herbal products.
