Initial thoughts are that these are very easy for children to take as it melts quickly, is a small size and flavor is enjoyable. The effects work within half an hour. Works as a sleep aid but not a calming aid. However after about two weeks I noticed my 19 month old not taking to it too much. These little tablets are heaven sent. My 8 month old was having trouble staying asleep but thanks to these tablets we can both get some decent rest. They dissolve with ease so you don’t have to worry about choking.
