I live in ballet flats and these inserts add the perfect amount of cushioning and support. Fits in my shoes without any need to trim. Doesn't slide or slip in the shoe. Because it is a rubber/plastic consistency I find I have to wear a knee high or sock otherwise your foot sticks to the insert. Not an issue for me, but something to consider. Oh and the insert doesn't have any plastic or rubber odor. I really like these inserts and would recommend them.

Bought in 2023, just now needing to purchase another pair. They aren't meant to cover the whole length of the shoe. I wore with flats and it provided extra cushion. I think as long as you don't need major arch support these work good. It also stayed put and didn't slip around in my flats.

I bought these for a pair of loafers that my heels kept slipping out of when I walked. I bought these because they didn't have any smaller shoe sizes. With these insoles in the shoes, not only do they fit me now, but they're WAY more comfortable. They are a bit sticky, so I'd recommend no-show socks if you're wearing them with flats or loafers. Strongly recommend!

I have a bone spur on my heel making it really painful to wear sandals. These helped me so much and I am able to enjoy hours at a time in my favorite sandals. These helped support and quality is great and I love that the insoles do not slide around but stay in place. They are the perfect thickness and I will definitely purchase again!

I was skeptical at first prior to purchasing but shut my mouth comfort ALL day shopping in ballet flats. Shocked that this little insert made me love the shoes I didn't. Prior to the insert, while wearing the same shoes all day, my feet felt like the toes were pinched and possibly blistered although no blisters. This insert made my feet comfortable while walking for 5 hours straight and no blistery feeling. Wonderful!
