Vitamin C is really beneficial in helping one to stay well, and also in getting well quicker, if one has gotten a cold or something like that. Another thing about Vitamin C in general, is that the regular formulas are often excreted in the urine pretty quickly. Liposomal Vitamin C is somehow made "fat-friendly," os that it doesn't just wash out right away the next time you go to the bathroom, but sticks around a little longer, due to its affinity for fats. I take the dose recommended on the bottle, along with a Vitamin D and K formula every morning of the world with my first coffee of the day, and intend to keep doing so. Incidentally, I haven't been sick with anything in well over a year, which is remarkable for someone who grew up having a cold just about every month or two.
