I previously bought this chair from Costco, and it was great. I have a bad back, so it gives great support. When I saw it was cheap here, I just knew I needed to purchase one for work since I sit at a desk all day. I ordered the cjair last week; it was supposed to come Monday or Tuesday of this week. The seller never shipped out the order, and Amazon couldn't get a hold of them to get additional information. So I was just refunded. It started as a great chair (I bought it from Costco, much cheaper than listed here.) After about a year the lumbar support will fall off, the plastic grommets inside will break, and you will have an uncomfortable mess on your hands. I contacted True Innovations support and they insist on a receipt, and despite sending them pictures of the problem they insisted it was an upholstery issue? Don't buy this chair unless you plan on getting an new one within a year or so. ... show more
