Really impressed with the quality of this rack at this price point. It was packaged very well to avoid damage. Each individual piece was wrapped and the box spaces were packed with styrofoam blocks to avoid excessive movement. When shipping something like this, it is unavoidable that some parts will shift and rub during transport and have a couple of spots to touch up. I have no problem with that. My bigger concern would be if anything was damaged and both boxes were packed in a manner to avoid that. Each part was clearly labeled and assembly was very easy for a piece of equipment of this size. Really liked how the nuts, bolts, and additional hardware were separated into what would be needed for each step. Some previous comments indicate that the assembly instructions were difficult to follow. If those people truly feel that way, they should not be assembling this type of equipment themselves. Each step was very clearly drawn out with a parts list, hardware needed, and how to bolt it all together. It was one of the easier equipment assemblies I have performed. One reviewer suggested spending a few hundred dollars more and getting a heavier duty piece of equipment. There’s always going to be that guy. Whatever he recommends will also have another guy suggesting to spend a few hundred dollars more again. This isn’t a Schwarzenegger level machine, nor is it intended to be. It is opening up a lot of different exercises with the high and low pulleys that otherwise wouldn’t be available to someone working out at home. And it’s doing this at a price point that is accessible to everyone. Once assembled, the machine works very smoothly. My previous cage would allow for the entire assembly to tip forward when utilizing the upper pulleys. This one seems stable enough that I do not currently plan to anchor to the floor. The included accessories (tricep rope, lat pulldown bar, d handles, etc) aren’t commercial gym quality but I don’t plan on using any of them at that level. If I were, I would probably already have those anyway. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the quality of the cage, especially at the price I paid. I hadn't heard of GOIMU before but I’d buy their equipment again.

Seems solid and sturdy. Cables seem to run smooth and assembly wasn’t too bad. Watch the height if you have a normal size garage. My only real complaint is the accessories it came with seem low budget and I will probably replace eventually.

Great machine, just like the ones at the gym, multiple uses, i can have a full body workout with this and all the accessories are a plus. Very versatile machine and when put all together its one big solid piece of equipment.

Amazing it works just like the one at the gym. Fairly simple to put together with two people and Fairly compact. Bolts are labeled in steps so pay attention and helps to have impact wrench. Convenient for home very sturdy doesn't wobble and is lightweight

The rack itself functions as it should. Seems strong enough for basic weight training. I was pretty disappointed however when it came damaged with scrapes and gouges in the frame. When spending 400 on a product i expected better care of the item.

The instructions alone made me want to return it. They’re not hard to follow, but each page has like 6 new steps, so if you’re the person who likes to go step by step this might not be for you. Pages 6 and 7 were both missing from the manual so I had to completely guess on what to do which I paid for later on. This part is fully my fault, but I thought I’d add it. You also practically need to pry it into certain positions to get bolts in. It felt extremely unnatural and I didn’t even think I was doing it right. Instructions would have helped. The rest of the assembly was okay. The seated row part does not stay in place. Move the rack a little bit and it falls down. If you’re pushing on it while doing rows the whole rack moves if you don’t have enough weight on. Another thing is that they like to make this machine seem like it has a lot more functionality than it does. If you have the safety bars in, it messes with the cables and the weight in the back won’t be able to go up with them in (which is pretty obvious). Was a little disappointed though because I didn’t think it would interfere with the cables and I assumed I’d just be able to put them higher up. The attachments are HORRIBLE. Thankfully I already have most, but after trying the rows with the landmine attachment I’m extremely disappointed. The attachments literally bends when you use it. Even pushing down on it a little bit causes the metal to bend. Areas that have sloppy welding and poor pair. Job too. Cable machine is extremely loud even with wd40. Was also missing some bolts. The pros are that it arrived 4 days early (got it in 3 days) and the pull up bar is pretty nice. It’s decently sturdy. I’m sure it would be nice bolted in. The storage for attachments is nice too. Also, I’ve had at least 5 racks before and own a home gym so I know what’s good for the price. You can find better things for this price. I’d honestly just opt for spending another $100-200 to get something a bit more heavy duty

For what I got out of this I am really happy and impressed. It did take some time to put together but the quality and amount of accessories I got out of this is exceptional. I figured out how to put it together it isn’t hard you just have to be aboe to visually understand the instructions. Mine came in with everything that was shown. I am able to do pullups on this cage without having to mount the cage to the concrete but i do have mats and hard subfloor underneath the cage so it is much more stable. I would highly recommend this product if anyone is on the edge about it. This is more than enough for what I need and I am not a body builder mind you but I am serious about my training and am trying to stay in shape in my late 30s and trying to bulk up but nowhere near trying to be a body builder.

Im disappointed in that it was chipped, had rust in portions of the pipes, and some of the metal braces had to be forcably widened to connect. It took a good few hours putting together. The directions are pictures so take your time in putting it together as there are small details that can sometimes be overlooked. That being said it seems like a good beginner gym set up so I’m happy about that.
