This is as honest as I can’t be ! Price is right, comfort and quality is good. It looks slick and nice in my office. Fairly easy to put together about 20 minutes if you are handy. The issues I have are minor but enough to be somewhat annoying. The head pillow clips on the headrest and there’s no true way to secure it up or down without it sliding. Minor issue and of course manageable. The lumbar pillow is small and does not secure to the chair at all. Every time I get up it falls over or off the chair. Also the power cord is not long enough and you’ll need to run an extension cord which will creat an issue when rolling in and out and overall look. Lastly the recline lock button is odd. There’s no true lock. When it is locked it will still lean back but with a lot of resistance and than maintain that position. If it’s unlocked you go flying back and recline almost in a flat position. Again not the end of the world it works it’s nice for the price but I was hoping for just a bit more stability. ... show more

I had my old gaming chair for 4 years. While she served me well, she was breaking all over the place and began hurting my lower back (which has had issues for years). One of my top priorities was finding a chair that supported my lower back while being in a comfortable position for gaming. This chair does it. I sit perfectly at my desk for typing and gaming. I didn't even care for the massage part of the lumbar pillow until I turned it on. It vibrates more than massage but still feels great on my lower back. Very happy with this product. Wasn't too hard to assemble. Directions weren't the clearest but easy to figure out either way. The one problem I had was that it was missing the strap to connect the lumbar support pillow to the actual chair. So now I just have a loose pillow for lumbar support. Per the instructions and the images the lumbar pillow straps suspend it in place which wasn't included in my shipment. Small nuisance but I'm disappointed its missing that pillow strap. When plugged in it vibrates a bit which you can feel when sitting down. The USB cable is kinda awkward since its about 6ft in length and comes out from the chair. As long as you remember to unplug it so it doesn't snag. Aside from the missing item its a comfortable chair with good support and pretty lightweight so it's easy to move around. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. When I found this chair on Amazon for a reasonable price in comparison to other gaming seats available, I had been using a chair from the dining room. When I first received it, I didn't have high hopes, but when I put it together and sat down on it, I was pleasantly surprised. With the exception of the side panel coverings that hide the hinge used to lean back in the chair, assembly was simple. It's wonderful that the chair can tilt very far if you need to extend your back after a lengthy gaming session. It moves really nicely as it rolls. It lowers and raises as smoothly as any other chair that has an adjustable height, so it works well. The neck and lumbar pillows are comfortable and provide support, but occasionally they might be difficult to fasten unless you use your knee to secure the strap to the side of the chair. This is just my personal experience; others may have different results. The upgrade over the chair I was using was well worth the money. ... show more

**Edit** After this review went up, I was contacted by Dowinx's customer service who refunded me for the chair. I've added a star for their responsiveness. I use the chair as a standard office chair while I work from home. I am not a large person and it's not under a lot of stress during use. In less than a month, I am to the point where the bolts on the back cushion have to be tightened every other day just to keep the back from sagging. The wheels do not click into place on the base which causes that to sag too. The cushions themselves are pretty comfortable as are the padded armrests, it's just keeping them upright and flat that are the problem. If I had to do it over again I'd buy a chair from a different manufacturer. As it is, I'm sure I'll be replacing this one inside of a year. ... show more
