Wasn't too hard to assemble. Directions weren't the clearest but easy to figure out either way. The one problem I had was that it was missing the strap to connect the lumbar support pillow to the actual chair. So now I just have a loose pillow for lumbar support. Per the instructions and the images the lumbar pillow straps suspend it in place which wasn't included in my shipment. Small nuisance but I'm disappointed its missing that pillow strap. When plugged in it vibrates a bit which you can feel when sitting down. The USB cable is kinda awkward since its about 6ft in length and comes out from the chair. As long as you remember to unplug it so it doesn't snag. Aside from the missing item its a comfortable chair with good support and pretty lightweight so it's easy to move around. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The highest chair of the office for the highest honored position, joking aside our office manager was needing a new chair and we wanted something that would be comfortable for hours and hours. Gaming chair is perfect and it's a taller back which helps her since she is taller. She uses it with 1 arm only so that it fits her wide hips and she finds it so comfortable like that. It comes with 2 pillows. In the instructions where it says the bolts are already pre-installed, they are actually in the included packet. It looks like a solid chair. As a guy that is 6'4" 300lbs what brought me to this chair was the advertised 400lb weight capacity. What I didn't realize is that this chair isn't bigger than any other chair. It may have a 400lb capacity but I can't even fit in it. If you are my weight size don't buy this chair. As well it took about a hour to build, and non of the screws fit nicely, they all require some muscle to force the screws into their designed locations. I could not assemble the chair properly because one of the arm holes for a screw did not have threading on the inside. Also the instruction manual had numerous typos
