The style of this chair is pretty nice. It looks cool and it is comfortable to sit in. The only thing I don't like about it is you have to be by an outlet to plug in the massage part, and the cord is not very long it would be cooler if it was rechargeable or something. Also, the massage part works better if you flip it around, but then it doesn't look as cool. The heat function doesn't seem to work on the one we purchased ... show more

The assembly instructions could be clearer and that would save time. It took about 45 minutes assemble most of that was identifying the parts and hardware. Once completed it's a sturdy and comfortable chair.

Just got this. I like that you can take the pillow off that holds the massage knobs for preference. What I didn’t realize is that you must flip the cushioned side to face the back to feel the massage handles, you can’t feel it from the front which is soft. This design turned out to be nice though because my boyfriend didn’t care for the massage handles and likes to have just the pillow. I think the rotating/ kneading knobs feels amazing compared to any vibration. Heating works really well only down side is you can’t have just the heating on by itself without the massage. The massage and heat will stay on for about 10 minutes before turning off and you have to simply push the side button on to turn on again, probably for safety.
