Overall, this chair is perfect for me. I'm 5'2 and on the petite side and the lumbar and neck support pillows hit right where I needed them, the massage quality is nice (and was very much needed after building the chair itself!), and the fabric is really soft and nice. My issues. There was damage to the seat of the chair upon arrival (depicted in photo). It's hidden and it was the only thing of damage I could find. I'm not sure how the seat was punctured but I did want to say something in case this could be an issue. For me, It's fine as no one can see it and it's not going to rip further and cause further issues. The instructions are horrendous. I did receive a message from the company selling the chair warning me that the instructions for the model of chair I bought are improperly printed (they don't have English instructions) and I was told how to get the English instructions in the email. This didn't work. Thankfully I'm really good at puzzles so I used the power of deduction and pictures to get me through to the final product. It was a minor disconvenience that the instructions weren't in English but since I'm fluent in Spanish I was able to assemble it using the assembly manual. The assembly instructions could be better since at times it was challenging to understand them but once installed the chair works just fine. It's comfortable and worth the price that I paid for it. i live with chronic pain & also work at a computer from home. i really needed a new chair to help with my neck & back pain, & i really think this one is going to be a game changer. it was so easy to put together (not sure why there’s so many people who had trouble, i put this together by myself using non-english instructions lol) & didn’t take long at all to assemble (under an hour for me). i really appreciate that the fabric unzips for easy cleaning. i like the fabric feel a lot, i was worried about it since i’ve only ever had PU leather office chairs. the fabric is soft but the fibers are short, if that makes sense. i like that the neck pillow can be adjusted a bit, i like how customizable the arm rests are, & it rolls so smoothly. my only gripes are that the footrest doesn’t pull out smooth (you kinda have to wiggle it to pull it out) & i wish the neck pillow had a way to tighten the straps to keep it in place better once it’s in a comfortable spot. all in all, a pretty great chair at a decent price. ... show more

I bought my chair last year after needing to replace my old chair now that I work from home. I have absolutely loved it and it has done a great job on allowing me to work from home without my back hurting. about 14 months from when I bought it (~3 weeks ago) the base broke where the cylinder meets the wheels. I reached out to the support line looking to get a replacement part, and even though I was 2 months over the 12 month warranty, they sent me a replacement for free, I didn't even pay shipping! I am happy to say I have loved this chair and was super happy with the customer service I have received.     • Not great but not bad
purchased this as a much needed upgrade from my previous chair. Full disclaimer, this is my first gaming chair so I don't really have anything to compare it with. TLDR: Overall a decent chair and ok for the price point. if the seat was more comfortable from the start then I would give higher rating. otherwise, i feel like it might be a long journey to break it in before it becomes comfortable. I purchased the black one which is a fabric material and looks different from some of the other colors which look like they have a 'suede-ish' material. the material on the black one is ok, not great but not bad. It by no means makes it less comfortable, it should hold up in the long run. comfort: overall okish, I do feel like its a bit stiff at first like other reviews mention however after using it for a few days (roughly 8+ hours p/day) it have noticed it has become slightly less stiff. I'm hoping that it just gets more comfortable the more I use it. It might take a while to fully break in. not squeaky compared to what other people are mentioning. a few minor things that I did not like: I feel like it has a limited range in height compared to other chairs as well as the adjustable arms. At its highest, I still feel like it's a bit low (I'm 5'7). I have an adjustable standing desk and had to lower it to about 28.5 inches and raise the armrest to the highest setting so that my hands/arms are roughly at the same level as the desk while using the armrest. Not that big of a deal since I can adjust the height of my desk but for others it may be a bit low depending on the height of your desk. when I work/study I like to sit upright. The description of the chair says It can be adjusted to 90 degrees. when I put my chair at a 90-degree angle the backrest seems to fall back a bit to the point where it look/feels as if I have the backrest leaning back a bit, probably around 100-degree angle. Not sure if its just a faulty backrest but even locking it in place doesn't seem to keep it at the 90-degree angle. lumbar massage is ehh, I dont feel like it should be called that since it doesn't really massage, if anything it's just a slight vibration. Also, It can only be used when plugged in, there is no switch to turn it on/off. the cable that it comes with is also not very long so If you plan on using it then you will need an outlet nearby. footrest: i am not sure how long the footrest should extend since this is my first gaming chair and first chair that has a foot rest. I am not very tall (5'7) and the edge of the foot rest goes to about the end of my calves. lumbar support and cervical pillow: both are actually pretty comfortable, more comfortable than the seat. working as intended. I have no issues adjusting the cervical pillow for my height. overall its a decent chair, not great but not bad. If the seat were more comfortable I would rate higher. ... show more

I’ve had this chair for a few weeks now and the chair started to get a bad squeak. I sprayed every bolt and joint under the chair with WD-40 and it helped it go away. The chair is comfortable and very adjustable. Probably going to get another one for my son.
