Love this chair so much! The assembly process was easy just a little time consuming.there were a few parts of the box that were damaged, but there was no damage to the items. Love the way it feels; not too heavy, it’s very quiet, great quality, very sturdy on the seat and super soft on the back. Love the support and fit of the bottom and footrest area. Very aesthetically pleasing as well. Using this for WFH, so I needed a chair that was comfortable and with lasting quality.

Just buy it - go for it. It is worth it! I read plenty of reviews and compared so many chairs - after a lot of thinking, potentionally over thinking. This was the chair i landed on. I'm in this chair around 12 hours a day - so durability is a huge thing for me, so far - so good. Also be prepeared to take your time to assemble it. I recruited my son to build this and he didn't have any issues. 2 tools are supplied in the kit and everything is labled clearly in the package. This is packaged very well. This isn't just built with plastic supports or flimsy pieces - Steel, poweder coated (so the finish is smooth and will last). I did get the Fabric version since i have cats who must sit on the chair - not the seat, but the arm rests and the top of the back. The Arm rests are adjustible in height and width - so i have them set to the widest to accomodate the cats. Overall comfort is good, the seat is firm which i didn't think i would like - however it helps with my lower back pain by being supportive.

It's a very pretty and comfortable chair. It wasn't too difficult to put together and seems pretty sturdy. As a short girl though, it wasn't the best option. I get it says big and tall in the description but they don't make cool stuff like this for short and small so I here we are. The seat bottom is very wide. At 5'1 I have probably 6" of total butt space leftover. That's fine. Reaching the arm rests on either side beyond that space is not fine. I have to lean to one side or the other. The arm rests themselves do not lower enough to slide under my standard desk without having to lower the chair to an awkwardly low position (remember I'm short and I use this for work). I don't like that. The seat cushion is kinda hard, while the back is plush and soft. Other than those issues it's a really great chair. It looks expensive and feels expensive. The reclining feature is great with the leg rest being an added bonus.

Very comfortable, and it adjusts well, but screws were a bit harder to thread than expected, so make sure you align things properly and double check angles before screwing in. The arm bars can be adjusted going in or out depending on if you want to criss-cross sit in the chair. Otherwise, a very solid chair and I definitely recommend this if you're looking for a chair at a decent price.

Pretty comfortable, I can sit cross legged, I like the reclining feature. However I was excited about the foot rest and because it's so short I don't use it. The lumbar pillow also squishes into basically nothing so doesn't help at all.

Sturdy and comfortable! Got for less than other chairs that felt cheap. This one also has some nice utility with its arm and back adjustments. I love the materials used and I also found the weight to be very durable. It's a good size for me that I know will last a while. The instructions were simple but could have been better.
