I've had decent experiences with DowinX in the past, so when I saw that they made chairs for big and tall people, I was interested. I'm not the smallest person, and I work long hours at a desk, so comfort is paramount. While I was not entirely happy with the localization of the instructions and packaging, the actual components are quite solid. Assembly was fairly straightforward, and everything fit together quite well. I note that the chair uses plastic legs, casters and arm rests, but the components are well built and the chair works quite nicely. It certainly rolls easier than many chairs I've used, and how the armrests adjust as one reclines is appreciated. The chair is comfortable and I have no real concerns about durability. The vibrating lumbar support is also welcome, though I do note that this does not include an adapter to power it. You'll need to provide a power bank or plug it in yourself, but that's not unexpected at this price point. Overall, this is a surprisingly sturdy and comfortable chair, matching up favorably against chairs at a much higher price point. If you need a chair thats durable and will accommodate even larger people, yet are on a budget, this is a good pick.

Context: I have a mechanical engineering background but new to gaming world. I’m roughly 6’1” and 260lb. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of the parts. The parts appear to be in perfect condition, which seems to be more and more uncommon in the massive Amazon world. The chair uses plastic legs, casters, and arm rests but that does not mean they are weak. They are solid. Assembly was a breeze. The instructions were very well written, much better than most I’ve encountered. You can tell the author understands the assembly process. Being a big body, the chair is solid. I had low expectations with durability considering the price point. But I was wrong. The chair is very well built and I have zero concerns about the chair hold up with my size over time. I have not spent hours upon hours in this chair yet but the moments I’ve been in the chair, it is very comfortable. Easily adjustable to the desired position. The vibrating lumbar pillow in a cherry on top. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone but especially to the bigger people looking for a chair. Regarding a different product I purchased from Dowinx, I had an issue and their customer service was responsive and helpful. I purchased this chair as part of a product testing offer. Despite this, these are my honest opinions.

Really happy with this purchase. It was easy to assemble (took me about 10 minutes), and the instructions were clear. The chair is super comfy — good back support, adjustable recline, and the cushions are just right. I use it for both gaming and work, and it’s held up great. Great product. Weight limit is 440lbs but I’m 6’3 250/60lbs and it fits me just right. If If someone who is closer to 300lbs got this chair they may be bit uncomfortable. Overall love the suede and feel of the chair, very supportive while also not being too firm. Perfect balance. However the recline is not as i had hoped , it reclines enough but would be nice if it went just a bit further

It didn’t come with all the parts to build it. I really needed a new chair because the chair I have right now is ripping apart. I’m very disappointed after waiting days for it to come and spending all that money just for it to come with missing parts. It didn’t come with the legs of the chair. I just had put everything back in the box when I took the picture I was so upset
