If you're building an at home boxing gym, this is the first essential equipment to start with. The double end bag is the best boxing equipment to use for conditioning and training. I was considering a reflex bag, however, those are usually expensive compared to the double end bag; not to mention alot to replace. This is very easy to set up to, so while you would need to attach a top anchor, you could use a dumbbell or kettlebell to set for a bottom anchor. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s built well. Good stitching. Lots of included hardware, bungees, pump. My video is not using the bungee chords it came with. I just received this Boxerpoint double end bag today. The 2 Top/Bottom Attachment cords make mounting the bag & adjusting the tension/positioning on it a breeze. I recently purchased an RDX speed bag also (which wasn’t cheap) & the mounting hardware is horrible compared to this Boxerpoint setup. I used x2-25 lb plates to weigh down the bottom anchor & that seems to work perfectly. Everything seems quality made & has worked excellent through about an hour or so of use so far. I’m extremely happy with my purchase at this moment. We’ll see now if it stands the test of time/wear & tear. (P.s. The small hand pump included worked fine for me, I saw most reviews said it “doesn’t fill the balls” but it worked fine for me.) *will adjust review in time* ... show more

I couldn't be more disappointed with the pump and needle set that came with my punching bag. After just one attempt to use it, the needle snapped like a twig. The craftsmanship is abysmal. It's as if they designed it to fail after minimal use. Now I'm left with a useless pump and a broken needle, and I haven't even had a chance to properly use my punching bag. I was really excited about this bag, but it only lasted me 3 months before ripping. I was using it 3x a week for 12 three minute rounds with 16oz gloves to give you an idea of how it was being used.
