They sent me a firmware update and a Toyota wallpaper with instructions. I have 2 other brand car stereos(Not Sjoybring) for 2 Toyota 4unners and they are subpar. No firmware updates and no customer support. Sjoybring gets 5 stars for their support and response to my texts. 4 things I mainly use is the Android Auto, Bluetooth, Audio settings, Reverse Camera(Still in progress) Android Auto It works seamlessly with the unit. No slowness or issues. The touch screen is very responsive. Bluetooth Works excellent. Anyone driving the car the Bluetooth syncs automatically. Audio Settings(Excellent) This has 16 EQ settings which is the best in addition to the bass, treble and loudness. Far superior settings then the other brands. Front/Reverse Camera - I accidently cut my cable from the unit to the camera while installing it. I reached out to customer support and they are helping with a replacement. I will add to this post when I get it installed. Overall I am impressed with the quality, sound and support for this car stereo. It is worth the price.     • It's great, definitely great value for the money with nice features. BUT....
I really like this little radio, it has nice features that a lot of newer cars have and is a great value for the money. On my unit the only real gripe I have is that my voice control for Android auto isn't working idk if the update will help that or not, also if there's something playing, if i push the back button it will stop, but if i push home it stays on, again idk if a update is needed or what not. Also having some issue with updating, idk if it's my USB or not. I'm sure the support team will get me right as they are pretty responsive. This radio would be a real game changer if the mirror link was wireless. I love the backup camera. Very responsive, fast start up, and unlike my old dual radio the music doesn't stop and interrupt my vibe lol. For 120 buck great! No real complaints yet as this is my first day using it. I would absolutely recommend this product if you are trying to get away from your stock stereo. If I had to say something I don’t like it would definitely be the voice buttons on the side. They are way to small and being touch is really annoying when driving and trying to function. Also, the sound quality for the CarPlay definitely isn’t the best but I am using my stock speakers so I’m not complaining for the price it’s still well worth it. ... show more

I must say, this sjoybring company is one to watch out for. The amount of bells and whistles for the money can't be beat. The customer service was great. Just instant message them on FB and get cool wallpapers and updated firmware. Super easy, super friendly and you don't spend $400-600 for everything you need. After owning this stereo for about two weeks now I can say that I'm very impressed. For the price you simply can't beat it. This was the best stereo in this price range and feature set that I could find. The touch screen is very responsive when you tough the buttons directly. The audio is crisp and much better than the original stereo that came with my 05 scion XB. The Bluetooth hasn't given me any problems and connects great. One of the best features is that I was able to find a plug and play harness, so I didn't have to combine any wires in the back, so installation was really easy. Some features I haven't used yet, but I have confidence that they will perform well judging by the overall experience so far. ... show more

So I'm not sure how I feel about this purchase yet. I guess time will tell if this radio will last. Firstly, what's the point of android auto if you have to plug your phone into the radio via a cable? I hate looking at cables all over the console. Secondly, I tried to upgrade the boot logo and firmware like they advertise, by reaching out via an email (I don't use fb, their other option for contact) and after several days of communication (takes them 24hrs to respond) the upgrade still won't work. If you want it to boot with your car logo, good luck. You pretty much need to know how to code... sarcasm. I reached out on here for help but the only answer is to contact the seller. If they advertise that capability, then it should be a lot simpler of a process. And thirdly, they asked me to screen shot a review so they could send me some monetary reimbursement for reviewing the product. The other things to note are that while installing the radio and having it plugged in and on, I noticed it would get really hot. Also, when my phone was plugged into it using android auto, there's no way to adjust the volume to a lower setting. It goes down to volume 1 but it's still too loud at times. When it's just the radio, the volume is actually lower. I also upgraded the camera to a more aesthetic less generic camera. And why do I need a tiny remote that will get lost because I'll never use it?? So time will tell how long this will last. ... show more

Nice upgrade for an old radio. Even if you only use it for the radio. Being able to connect your phone is nice and as soon as it starts up the Bluetooth is connected. Call quality is decent. Android auto is also handy. My kids like watching videos on it while we drive. The backup camera kicks on as soon as it goes into reverse no different than factory other than the guide lines don't move . So far so good. I did have a couple hiccups I was trying to connect my phone and it wouldn't recognize my phone and it kept telling me to reconnect. I did that a couple times and the radio rebooted.
