This is my third Chinese head unit. My previous two were OK, they just became outdated and I wanted something more compatible with my iPhone then I had previously. The install was routine for these types of units and I did not encounter any difficulties with this one. There are less setup options available than my previous units, but I'm not complaining. This unit had all the settings I needed. Support sent me the latest update along with a vehicle branded startup screen for my Dodge. Nice touch. I installed this unit the day before I took a 4 day trip from Vero Beach FL to Charleston SC. I have to say this unit made the trip much better than its predecessors. The Apple Car Play made it so easy to use the GPS, music, and phone simultaneously. Making it very easy to function while driving. Touchscreens are always iffy for me, but this one seemed to work flawlessly. I did have a little trouble with the volume adjustment as the side keys are small on the touchscreen and not always easy to tap while in a moving car, but generally they were OK. I guess I always have the remote if I need it. The sound quality is good, not great, but good enough if you adjust the EQ. I gave it a 5 for sound because it's as good as you can expect for this kind of cash. The rear camera picture is really nice, but is subject to the limitation of your camera. I have a very good camera and this unit was able to let me see that. As it has a remote mic connection on the back, I also ordered a lapel mic to use with it. Good choice on my part. I highly recommend you do so if you have issues with car noise and being heard by others. Installing the external mic greatly improved my conversation quality. Overall I am very happy with this unit and support was very prompt. Good job by them. No complaints there. I have not experienced any quality issues with this unit thus far. UPDATE 3 months later. I have settled in with all the settings exactly how I like them and I’ve had plenty of time to get to know my unit. My opinion hasn’t changed. I’m really happy with this unit. The remote has proven to be very helpful in using my unit while driving. I find it much easier to use the remote for left navigation ( such as volume and play/pause) as I can keep my eyes on the road without trying to tap a tiny target with my finger. Much safer and better results. It’s a small thing, but then, it’s really not. As I continued to mess with the EQ I was able to get the sound exactly where I like it. So I’m very happy with that. I also like to listen to my progressive rock (think SAGA, Rush, Pink Floyd) very load. I’ve discovered that the noise ratio at high volumes is quite acceptable. My speakers can handle it, so even at full volume the distortion is minimal enough that you can’t hear it over the road noise. Sweet. As the Doobie Brothers once sang…I’ll be ‘rockin’ down the highway’. One last note: this unit has been extremely reliable thus far. No complaints at all.

I'm very happy with this SJOYBRING car stereo. The screen is crisp, touch-sensitive, and responsive. Connecting my phone was easy, and it works perfectly with Bluetooth, allowing for smooth calls and music playback. The sound is powerful and significantly improves the car's audio system. Installation was relatively straightforward, and it includes all the necessary accessories. Excellent value for money; I highly recommend it

The media could not be loaded. Long story short, save your money a little bit longer and buy something from reputable brand. I’m including a video highlighting the biggest issue that I have with this stereo. There is a loud noticeable hiss coming from the radio when powered on. I did some troubleshooting switched wires around from left channel to right channel and it is in fact coming from the head unit. The video will show the noticeable hiss, I power off the unit that goes away and you’ll hear that the hiss returns when I power it back on. Pros: Installation was straightforward fairly simple. It is shallow and seems to be made of decent quality. It has Apple Pay, if you connect the USB, and at this price point, that’s pretty good. Cons: The USB to connect to Apple Pay is on the front of the device which gets in the way of pressing the buttons sometimes. The screen is not very responsive. Steering wheel control integration/compatibility is terrible, and I’m using a very expensive aftermarket steering wheel control that was more expensive than the radio! Sometimes, when I press the volume up button, it turns the volume all the way up! All of the above items I can live with, but the consistent hiss that the radio produces is why I am throwing it in the trash and replacing the radio with something else.

The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of research on double din head units before settling on this guy. I owned a Chinese head unit once before and it worked fine for about a year then right after my warranty ended the touch screen stopped working. Support was garbage too. So I was hesitant to go with another one. but all the premium brands want to charge $500+ for a similar unit that doesn't have all the features this one does. Sorry Pioneer, Sony, Boss, Alpine, etc.. but it's true. Initially, I went with a Boss unit. It was okay but had a LOT of noise in the sound and the CD player always spun. I finally gave up on that one and chose this unit. I really wanted the RDS (Radio Data Service) feature as it advertised it had it. But it does NOT have RDS. So that's why I gave it four stars. Other than that, it works beautifully! In fact I didn't even have to wire up anything because the Boss harness fit right into this unit! Video & Music: The MicroSD slot works beautifully. Videos and music that I formatted m4v loaded up quickly and played perfectly. Connecting my iPhone 13 mini worked perfectly as well. Playing videos from it was displayed in a strange green hue which sorta killed playing videos from my phone. Audio was clear and crisp. The audio levels between all modes was a bit different. If I played the radio it was loud and clean. But playing audio from the SD card or phone, the volume was lower. So there is that. Interface: The interface is easy to understand and navigate. similar to my boss unit and very snappy. Customer Service: Strictly through email. It's in china. So expect to wait 24 hours for a response. The routine is, connect up the head unit, make sure it works like it should. Then contact customer support for an updated firmware. At this point, they will give you two firmware updates that will allow you to customize the boot up screen and the background image. Since my last Chinese unit ("Joying" product) died within a year, we will see how this unit plays in a year. I bought the extended warranty this time ;) So far, I love it. FYI, the little white corner in the bottom right of the screen is the protective film from shipping. I left it on.
